We hired Rica Builders to repair the outside of our beach house after Hurricane Sandy did damage to the exterior to our beach house. The house was fine but there was extensive damage to the patio, driveway, and bulkhead that protected the property. Frank and Don were the ultimate professionals taking care of everything from plans and permits, to the final inspections so that I did not have to worry about a thing in the process. They handled everything - replacing the bulkhead, installing new paver patio and driveway, and building new entry stairways to the house. The work was done in a timely manner, and on budget. They were honest, fair, reasonable, and very easy to work with. I would recommend them for for any home construction project.

With all the horror stories about new construction and reports of bad builders, I thought my wife was nuts when she told me she wanted us to have a custom home built. So much so, that in the beginning, I went looking for issues and reasons not to do it. Rica Builders, however, quickly earned our trust and respect, and went on to exceed our expectations in every way. They were customer oriented and quality focused throughout the whole process; from the early planning and design stages, through construction, decorating, finishing and follow-up. Both Frank and Don Rica were easy to contact and easy to talk to; offering great advice and warmly sharing with us their experience, expertise and recommendations. Frank Rica, in particular, is a true craftsman with great attention to eye-catching detail. Frank went out of his way to understand and accommodate our personal preferences and requests with all aspects of the build. Having lived here for many years with very few punch-list items or subsequent problems, my wife and I remain extremely proud of the new luxury home Rica Builders built for us. It has been admired and praised by many, including several master builders and building trade professionals. Couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of work on our home renovation. Frank worked within our budget and was always responsive to our questions. The project was completed in the expected time frame and just over the initial quote - which didn't come as a surprise as we were always kept informed of the upgrades we selected. Rica Builders are true professionals - good at their craft, good communicators and working with them was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them for your project.

We bought a new house built by Rica Builders. Coming from a construction background I am continuously impressed with the quality of the build of our house. The Rica's spent a great amount of time and extra money in building a top notch house. Great craftsmanship and I must say the trim in the house is what really sold us on the house.

We had a huge renovation project which included literally "raising the roof", transforming an empty attic and garage space into a master bedroom suite and office as well as replacing siding and windows on the exterior. We needed a builder with the experience and knowledge to complete the job with efficiency, while keeping on budget. Frank Rica delivered on everything and more! He was committed to staying on our time plan, and available always to answer our ongoing list of questions and concerns. His staff of electricians, plumbers, flooring, carpenters and others are all First-rate and we are 100% satisfied with the way our project was handled from beginning to end.

I bought a new house from Rica Builders and the design, quality and attention to detail of their work is beautiful. I have recieved compliments from every guest we have had here and even a few unsolicited offers the home is that nice! Our kitchen cabinetry and stone fireplace and mantel are stunning and the master bath is 5 star luxury. I also think it is important to note that throughout the home buying and project completion phases of the process they were extremely professional and demonstrated a high degree of commitment, accountability and trustworthiness - very rare these days. I have recomended to friends and family.
