My husband and I hired Freedom Construction to do a million dollar renovation of our back pool deck, including building a guest suite and an expanded summer kitchen. To provide even further detail the scope of the project included all of these elements: demo of existing summer kitchen, pool deck, and cabana. Construction of a brand new addition to the house which includes a living space, bathroom and kitchen. Construction of a brand new, much expanded summer kitchen. Expanding the pool deck 15 feet back, and redoing the tile. Resurfacing our pool and spa. Laying turf and new landscaping throughout the yard. Installation of statues, elaborate light fixtures, etc. And more. The whole team was excellent - easy to work with, great attention to detail, strong communication. We had a direct line of communication to the owners, Pancho and Nick, who run a tight ship and are on top of making sure everything happens to expectation and above. We have nothing bad to say about this entire team! In fact, we are in the process of having them quote some interior work that we are looking to get done next. If you are looking for a construction team to tackle any size project, I highly recommend Freedom Construction!

I can't say enough how pleased I am with the renovation of my apartment. The final result speaks for itself in being absolutely beautiful, meticulously completed from start to finish. The owners, Pancho and Nick, ensure that the work is completed to the highest standards, with all trades people both skilled and professional. Their team builds the cabinetry so my kitchen and bathrooms are expertly constructed, as were closets including a custom wall closet added in the primary bedroom. I am absolutely thrilled with my place, a complete gut renovation in an older building.

The team at Freedom construction could not have been more pleasant to work with. There project manager Nick was able and ready to take on this extremely difficult renovation. Dealing with building rules and regulations as well as Covid restrictions and lack of help from supply chain. He was under the tutelage of Pancho Sanchez who is owner of Freedom. Pancho like everyone else was dealing with supply chain issues and deadlines. But he managed to keep everyone on point. Pancho has a great list of Sub contractors. I would highly recommend the staff that laid down my porcelain floor. Electrician his name is Chris. Sheetrock and mechanical was great do not remember there names though. Of course this project was tedious and took longer than expected. But highly recommend!

Pancho, Nick, and the crew are amazing! Freedom renovated my condo and it is the most beautiful space ever. The craftsmanship is top notch and every detail was thoughtfully considered. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.

We hired Grelite to renovate our kitchen and bar area. Pancho and his crew did an excellent job, designing, fabricating and installing new cabinets, countertops and backsplashes. His price was very reasonable and his work was excellent. His workmen were reliable and neat and excellent craftsmen. I would recommend Grelite very highly.

Pancho and his team did an amazing job on our house. They helped in every way, from the design to construction they could not have been more helpful. From the first day they started to the last day on the job BRT (BUILDING RENOVATION TECHNOLOGIES) was reliable, organized and professional. We were able to live in our home while every room was being renovated. As part of the renovation BRT helped with design changes based on our needs. We highly recommend this company.

We had BRT do a remodel and expansion of our 12,000 sq. ft. gym. The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.
