Fresh Interior Solutions

Cynthia and Sherrill did an amazing job refreshing our living room. Our own pieces were tastefully placed with some new decor that they found while staying within our budget. They removed the clutter, and created a new space that we can again enjoy and entertain in. Their friendly and respectful attitude made me feel very comfortable with their choices and the result is beautiful.

Cynthia Pulsifer of Fresh Interior Solutions stood out during our interior design consultation. She gave us outstanding advice on upgrading our home’s look using what we already owned, offering creative suggestions for a fresh new perspective while keeping everything practical and budget-friendly. She shared design “secrets” that opened our eyes to why certain arrangements work beautifully and others don’t. As someone who listens attentively, Cynthia took the time to understand our personalities and how we actually live in our space. We were looking for affordable updates without a full overhaul, and she delivered exactly that. She gave us ideas tailored to make our home comfortable and reflective of us. Once we implement all of Cynthia’s recommendations, I know it will be cozy, cohesive, and inviting. Even after the consultation ended, Cynthia went the extra mile: she sent us helpful links to online furnishings perfectly suited for our home and patiently answered our follow-up questions about sizes and placement. Her passion-driven, hands-on help turned our somewhat discombobulated rooms into spaces we’re excited to come home to. It was absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend Fresh Interior Solutions to anyone wanting a refreshed, personalized home without breaking the bank!

I am a real estate broker and I became aware of Cynthia's interior design expertise when I listed her home for sale in April 2020. Cynthia's home was furnished and staged perfectly and sold in 4 days. I then engaged Cynthia's interior design and staging services on 4 additional listed homes that all sold within 7 days average. Cynthia works exceptionally well with sellers and is able to provide a fresh interior solution with an inviting uncluttered look using the seller's existing furnishings plus a few new accessories. Cynthia has the ability to capture the vision for any home and provide an excellent solution that produces a winning result for my sellers. It has been a pleasure to experience Cynthia's expertise and professionalism.

Contacted Cynthia for a design consultation and after following her advice my home came out amazing. Well worth the call!

Cynthia recently staged our home in preparation for listing photos taken. She honored us as homeowners by working WITH us. We felt an active part of her process. Cynthia made the transformation of our home purposefully and tastefully. I appreciated her compliments on our home and it’s belongings even if decor was removed for staging purposes. I learned so much at her side as she explained much about balance, appeal and spaciousness in preparing a home for listing. Less is definitely more! As one begins to declutter and open up a room you begin to appreciate peaceful effects of changes. My take away learning is, just because I have it, I don’t have to use it! I am excited to employ Cynthia’s techniques in choosing our next house and making it a home. She spent several hours of hard, dedicated work with us. The proof is now in the gorgeous video tour that will accompany our upcoming listing. The only problem is, Cynthia created a look at our house through fresh eyes. Now I truly may not want to leave. Even though we plan to move north, I would love to consult with Cynthia in the future! Pat Birnbaum - Mills River, NC

In the beginning I was overwhelmed and shocked that I had to remove so much of my stuff, but Cynthia pulled it all together and made my house look beautiful for showing to sell. Now I love the new look of my house so much because I realize that less is better. Everything shows well now and I am very pleased with Cynthia’s help to make this possible.

I found myself in a pickle, needing to put my house up for sale and my house in complete disarray. There was no flow to the decor in my house and it was all mixed matched. The minute I called Cynthia I felt very comfortable with her. She came to my house and did an evaluation and told me everything that I needed and about how long it would take for us to complete the task. I wanted to be very involved because I wanted to keep the decor for my other house because money was an issue for me. Cynthia took all this into consideration and she stayed within my budget. She is very easy to work with and made my house look amazing. I am very happy and amazed with how beautiful my house looks! I would highly recommend using her and her expertise because she knows her stuff. My only regret is that she can’t come to my next house todo the same.

Cynthia's personal touch to decor is easy to spot - it looks like you've just had a photo shoot session for a magazine, yet the space is comfortable and inviting. For over 20 years now, Cynthia has been the #1 decorating influence in my life. She has the natural 'eye!' Every time I move, redecorate, or add something new to my decor, I base my decisions on what Cynthia has taught me.

Ruth King ★★★★★ 2 minutes ago I appreciated Cynthia's professional yet personal approach. She coordinated paint colors for me and I was impressed at how knowledgeable she was in working with color. She brought fresh ideas and a new prospective to my outdated wall colors. I've also seen how she decorates her own house. Impressive!

I have been working with Cynthia Pulsifer for about a year now with different projects over the phone. When we decided to sell our house, we knew we needed to lighten the paint colors to assure a quick and seamless sale. After speaking with Cynthia and hearing her suggestions, we took her advice and chose the Divine White paint she suggested to paint the interior of our house. It really looked much lighter, brighter and gave a more spacious feel. Our house sold the first day on the market, for our full asking price! We are very grateful to have had her assistance on that project. Because of my positive experience working with Cynthia on the paint project, I was actually willing to go so far as to fly her out to our new home in Idaho so that I could have confidence in the new design of my living room. She, instead was willing to do a thorough, detailed phone consultation. We went online together for a few hours and chose a sofa, 2 chairs and an ottoman with custom fabric choices and pillows that would work with the existing paint colors in our new home. She gave me two color choices from which to choose, and advised me to check out the fabric samples and compare them for the best color match. The results were far beyond my expectations, and are quite stunning. I am very excited about going to the local store to order my furniture and let them know that my designer helped me select everything. Needless to say, I will certainly continue to call Cynthia whenever I need professional design help and will not hesitate to refer her to any of my friends.

I was able to see this property before she updated and staged it for sale. It revealed Cynthia ‘s abilities with color, furniture, and decor to accomplish a spacious, inviting and unique appearance.

"I have a glass room. You know the kind that looks like its an after thought, an addition. Cynthia Pulsifer worked with me on a redesign so that it was cozy, complementary colors to tie in to the rest of the house and looked like it was always there. The way she integrates what you already own, new furniture and deco items along with items she has secured over the years and bring them all together is true art!" K.Hubert - Goose Creek, SC
