The process of designing and building a home can be overwhelming. Frusterio was excellent in guiding us in every step of the process. Combining our desired style and parameters of our lot size, we were able to narrow down our dream home very easily. They listened to every detail we wanted for our home and were exceptional on design suggestions, customizations, responsiveness, and delivery. Our expectations have been blown away. Every detail inside and out is beautiful. We can not wait to see our DREAM come to fruition.

We are excited to start building our house with plans designed by Adam Little with Frusterio. The entire process was thorough and we love the final plans. Also, Adam has been super responsive as little questions have popped up both as plans were developedand as we prepare for construction.

Chuck and Jake were phenomenal design partners! My husband and I had been dreaming about our new home for years, and because we’re knocking down and rebuilding on our current lot, we had spent a lot of time thinking through how the house should look, live, and function on this specific site. There were many goals we hoped to accomplish, and while we’ve completed renovations before, a full new build was entirely new territory for us. From the start, Chuck and Jake listened carefully and patiently, guiding us through the process with clarity and confidence. They were thoughtful collaborators—easy to work with, responsive, and deeply considerate of both form and function. As a designer by trade, finding the right partner to help translate and refine our vision was incredibly important to me, and this was by far the most critical piece of our entire build. We couldn’t be happier with the result. We were looking for a home that balanced beauty with true livability, and they absolutely delivered. We were able to incorporate nearly all of our hopes and dreams into the final plan, and that’s a testament to their patience, skill, and expertise. Chuck and Jake were kind, helpful, and a genuine pleasure to work with every step of the way. We’re so grateful for their partnership and would recommend them without hesitation!

Frusterio Design, Inc. has been outstanding to work with.
