Fusion Windows and Doors

I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but Fusion Windows more than deserves one. Disrespectful to the client, rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible - that sums up the profile of Fusion Windows, based on my most disappointing experience described below. I had Fusion Windows replace 7 old windows back in 2010, the early days of the company when they still cared about "small" customers and did not yell at them/insult them. The (co)founder of the firm, Vahan, came and installed the windows personally on a Saturday - I remember this day very clearly. It turns out that they had taken the measurements incorrectly and at the time of installation decided to cut some corners - literally, see the picture attached. Of course, nothing was communicated to me and Vahan did not even bother to seal the 1/8" openings that he made as he cut the edges of the windows (again, because the measurements had been taken incorrectly). AS A RESULT OF THE COMPANY'S UNPROFESSIONALISM AND NEGLIGENCE, I HAVE HAD WATER LEAKING INTO MY INTERIOR WALLS FROM AT LEAST FOUR WINDOWS SINCE 2010. However, the leak is noticeable from the inside only after a heavy rainstorm. I first saw the leak 6-7years ago after a heavy storm, but thought it was my roof and replaced the roof. Then, we had a few 'dry' years, so I thought the issue had been fixed. This year, the issue resurfaced again, so I called my roofer and after examining the roof and thoroughly testing we concluded most definitively that the leak was from the window itself. I called the company and spoke with Vahan - the (co)founder and the person who installed the window. When he came by to look at the windows, he was in a denial and started yelling at me in the presence of my tenants when I pressed him on the issue. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, thousands of dollars of damage caused and offering an immediate remedial solution, he, visibly fuming with anger, abruptly got into his car and drove off after yelling at me and rudely dismissing my questions and concerns (to demonstrate how angry he was, he thought it was appropriate and perhaps necessary to accelerate to 50+ mile per hour in a small alley where the allowed speed is 15 mph, btw). And I have never heard back since then. And will never do, I am sure. That's Fusion Windows for you ...

I shopped around and was about to order windows via another company until I met Tigran! He is a complete expert with his knowledge base and his pricing beat all the others hands down! Our windows look amazing!

Ordered a custom LaCantina folding/sliding wall door from Fusion. After researching manufacturers I began calling around in the LA area to find a dealer and Fusion offered the best price. We went in, took a look at the sample and they came to the home to take final measurements. The order took a bit longer than anticipated, but that was on LaCantina. Once the unit arrived their team of installers was at the house the next day and did the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Fusion for windows, doors and custom jobs.

They did a great job with the installation of replacement windows and doors on our 70 year old house. They were on time and on budget and did what they said they would do. I recommend them.

Tigran measured, delivered and assisted the installer with the installation of shutters in my kitchen and breakfast nook. The shutters had to be designed and installed to retain the beauty of our view and open and remain open in ways that would not block my ability to prepare meals and use the kitchen equipment. Tigran did an outstanding job of designing and ensuring proper installation of the shutters. I enjoy my view from the three kitchen windows and I still use all equipment without interference. And most of all I love the shutters and they beautify my kitchen and breakfast nook.
