Faith designed our showcase kitchen and it came out amazing! I told Faith that our style is transitional with a little industrial and a touch of glam and she nailed it. She not only provided thoughtful space planning for the best use of our space but also came up with creative ways to most effectively work in some of the custom features we really wanted. As you can see, the kitchen looks like something you'd see in a luxury lifestyle magazine.

Well. I am not quite sure where to begin. Saying that I highly recommend Faith is inadequate. Faith has a true gift. We never would have been able to complete any plans for the renovation of our kitchen and living room without her. She has the rare sense of foreseeing every detail- which only comes from years of experience. Faith takes the time to truly get to know her clients and respects your individual sense of style. Faith does not push trends or what ever is most available. I promise you. No vanilla! Faith created that impossible list we could never create; "Things you never thought of" and was able to convey sound advice as to why some feature we wanted would or would not work. We could not be more at peace with our upcoming renovation. Thanks to Faith, she has created a space we will want to come home to at the end of the day.

I hired GiveMe My Space to design my bathroom. Faith offered great design options initially and was very patient. She offered me the option to use one of two contractors that she was affiliated with to bring design to life. One contractor was all inclusive and very expensive. The other was considerably cheaper. With cheaper contractor I had to pay for my own supplies and other subcontractors except the tiler. With either contractor Faith worked out all numbers and gave me contracts on her own letterhead. I chose the cheaper contractor. I was assured that Faith would still work with project every step of the way. Initial payment went to Faith not the contractor. Once worked commenced. I had concerns about quality of work. Faith reassured me along the way but did mot come out to inspect work being done. Eventually faith became less involved and told me that she was not hired to be project mAnager. The actual contractor was difficult to communicate with, did not manage particulars of project either, and did not communicate with me or other subcontractors adequately in my opinion. He basically contacted me to tell me when he would arrived and asked minimal questions. He continued to call Faith if there was ever a problem although she rarely came on site. I also contracted with a custom cabinet maker through faith. She later came back to me and said custom guy was too busy and recommended semi custom cabinets which I also ordered and paid for through her as well. She came out to measure the cabinets after walls and niche was built by her contractors. But I became concerned that based upon dimensions, cabinets were not going to fit. I prepaid her over $13,000 for cabinets alone but she refused to cancel order. Cabinet company refused to cancel or adjust order because she was my client not me. I eventually was sure that project was not coming together despite more then 6 months into the job. Tile work was not well done in my opinion. Bathroom floor had tiles that were not all even. Shower floor had weird slope and dipped noticeably at the drain enough to be a fall risk. The river rock tile floor had obvious separations between each panel of river rock and few river rocks were stuck on after the fact and were mot flush with the rest of shower floor. The knee wall to shower was not plumb. Another wall was also bowing and not quite straight. The access panel for whirlpool was blocked by other structures built by contractor. Sizes were off from initial plans. I eventually decided that I wanted to part ways with contractors. I paid a new contractor to rebuild the shower and whirlpool deck, retile floors, correct measurements, and install cabinets. When cabinets were delivered there were drawers with sinks were suppose to go. One cabinet that was suppose to go under a window was taller then the window. The niche that was built to go behind whirlpool by initial contractor had to be cut off because the cabinet designed to go next to it was too large. Shower knee wall had to be moved over to fit cabinets designed to sit beside it. All of these structures were built by initial contractors and there before cabinets were measured. Final cost of project was asranomical as new contractors had to redo almost everything. Initial cost for Faiths contractors was plus cabinets was about $20,0000. I have since paid new contractors over $10,000 to redo initial work.

I worked with Faith from Give Me My Space to remodel my bathroom. She was able to redesign the layout of my master bath so that the space could be used more efficiently. Everything turned out great. I highly recommend Faith.

We really like Faith, her aesthetic, attention to detail, and good judgement. Worth every penny and minute spent with her. Overall, we support paying designers before starting any projects. There are just too many details and it is too late (or expensive) once the work has begun. We’ve learned a lot after multiple renovations. But we could not bring the expertise that Faith brought to our kitchen design. She was also incredibly kind when disagreeing with us and gave us options that were truly better than what we thought of.

We worked with Faith on our recent kitchen and bath remodel and we absolutely love the finished product. She provided us with an unexpected design for the kitchen that enabled us to incorporate the island of my dreams while literally doubling the size of our kitchen space. Her outside the box approach helped us transform an outdated small kitchen into a stunning focal point in our home. She also helped us select all of the components for our guest bathroom and the end result is a show stopper. I highly recommend Faith as she delivered on what she promised.

Faith definitely gave us our space! We doubled (or tripled) our counter & cabinet space. She was very easy to work with and kept in close contact during the entire project. We love our new kitchen!

I have known Faith for over 10 years when she first did a kitchen for me. I recently hired her again to do 3 bathrooms. She's very easy to work with and on top of the project and was a huge help. I have since recommended her to 2 other friends who are also very happy with her work.

As a real estate investor rule #1 is "If it don't make Dollars it don't make sense!" It's very challenging to commit to spending a healthy amount of money for planning. We are accustomed to spending on tangible items to add value to the homes we renovate. Faith, you were worth every penny.
