I am highly disappointed with my experience working with Galaxy Granite. I put a deposit down on 2 remnant pieces of quartz (Mirragio Duo from the same lot) about 6 weeks before my renovation started. I needed a 30" single sink vanity (without backsplash), a 16" countertop, and a shower threshold and was told that there was more than enough for the 3 pieces. However, there was miscommunication between the technician doing the templating and the fabricator who cut the stone. Because the fabricator cut a 3" backsplash for the vanity piece, there was no longer enough stone to provide a shower threshold. In order to avoid holding up my shower installation, we had to use a piece of bright white quartz for the threshold. Then, I was told that the second remnant piece was sold to another customer. I had to wait approximately 6 weeks for another piece of Mirragio Duo to complete the 16" countertop. The piece is from a different lot and looks totally different than the 30" vanity piece. Also, every single time I had someone scheduled to come to my home for either templating or installation, the crew was over 2 hours late. I was given a 3-hour window and each time they were more than 2 hours later than the end of the window.

These guys did a great job with my countertops. Showed up when they said they would, were done in under an hour left my kitchen immaculate and we’re just really professional in explaining everything to me. Highly recommend them.

Galaxy Granite removed my 15 year old dark granite kitchen counters and installed light quartz counters that complement my cherry cabinets and brighten up my kitchen. Letitia was very informative and patient with me in the selecting and buying process, and the templating and installation was done within two weeks without a hitch. Excellent quality work. I'm a very happy customer! Highly recommend this company.

I finally got the counter tops I've been waiting years for and I couldn't be happier! They are beautiful! Galaxy was incredible to work with. Leticia was my contact person and was fantastic. The gentlemen that came to do the install were wonderful also. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

The service provided by Galaxy was outstanding! It exceeds my expectation. The representative Gus was friendly and helpful so I was able to select the material I like within an hour and met my budgets. The staff from the template measurement to the actual delivery and installation were on time (they actually came early!) knowledgeable and professional! The work quality is outstanding and the countertop is beautiful! I highly recommend Galaxy Granite and Marble!

Galaxy was awesome to work with and did a fantastic job on my new counter-tops! We updated our kitchen and 3 bathrooms simultaneously to granite/quartz surfaces. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the Galaxy team! From guidance on granite selection, to template, installation and followup they did an outstanding job. I felt they were supportive (I had never done a project like this before!) and very responsive. Excellent work for a very reasonable price. I love how everything turned out and I would choose them again in a heart-beat for any new or upgrade home project!. Thank you Marco and team!!

We had granite kitchen countertops, a marble kitchen peninsula and 2 bathroom countertops installed. Galaxy was fantastic throughout the entire process. Amanda was very timely and thorough when addressing all of my questions (and I had a lot) and they were very competitive on cost as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Galaxy!

I had a quartz counter top installed in my kitchen, and granite countertops installed in my two bathrooms. They came out absolutely beautiful! I worked with Amanda for the countertops,and she was wonderful to work with. I gave her the colors I was thinking about, and she picked out two beautiful granite pieces for the bathrooms. The measurer and the installers were fabulous - very professional and very neat. I am very happy with Galaxy Granite.

Excellent service and quality from start to finish. Amanda was tremendously helpful with scheduling, estimating and answering questions. Quality of the work is outstanding. The new counter fits like a glove, looks beautiful. The workmen were efficient and professional.
