The company was very responsive and respectful, and the finished product, a custom sofa, is gorgeous. They modified the dimensions per my request to the best of their ability, given their template could be changed only to some degree, and they did so at no extra charge. The alteration was perfect. They even reconstructed the sofa midway through production due to an error in communication re: sidedness -- left vs right chaise -- for which I assume responsibility, again at no extra charge. I highly recommend their services.

I was hesitant to order online from a website I didn't know, but I couldn't be happier. After a few delays my patio chairs have finally arrived and they are exactly what I had been looking for (and at a reasonable price). Customer service was excellent throughout the process; my emails were always promptly answered and someone always answered the phone the couple of times I called. Bang up job! Only input I can offer is that these chairs really do need a back cushion.

We had a custom cowhide ottoman made and it is absolutely gorgeous. Quality and craftmanship are top notch. I am also very satisfied with the way they communicated throughout the design process as well as regarding leadtimes and delivery status. Highly recommend.

If I could give a 6th star I would. We purchased two cowhide benches, however the hide selections on one of them really didn't match up well at all. It's a natural product...it happens. After a phone call and a couple of texts with Brandon I settled on a color for a beanbag chair as a Mother's Day gift to myself. The quality of the materials, design and workmanship could not be higher! The puff of silky Icelandic sheepskin gets people's attention and the resident teenager seems to need it to move any project forward. The cats love it and occasionally I too get to sit in it and dream a little. Surely one of the best gifts possible to bring beauty and pleasure to any home!
