Carmelo was amazing to meet with. He understands me and my vision for my new home in the Palisades after my previous home was destroyed by the recent fires. They do design and building, so it makes the process so much smoother. I just contact one person the whole times. I recommend them so much!

I came across the owner in the Palisades Garden Cafe and we had a long conversation that started my recovery for my home rebuild. They connected me to their highly reputable public adjuster who has gotten me much more than my insurance was offering me. Why don’t more people do this? Anyway, I’m so happy I trusted them and listened to their professional opinion and advice. Now that I got more money for my insurance claim, I can actually build my home without paying out of pocket. This is amazing and it’s a great start to my home. I’m so excited for my home that Gandia Custom Homes is building. Call them before they get too booked up.

Couldn’t agree more with the other reviews. Gandia helped me so much with starting the rebuild process in the Pacific Palisades. They gave me excitement to rebuild. We are now in the structural planning phase of our rebuild with them and they take charge of it all in house. I don’t have to mess with a bunch of calls and emails myself. I just talk to Carmelo and he gets things done and pushes the process forward so much. I don’t know what I would do without Gandia.

Amazing! I was so lost with all of the fires that happened in the Pacific Palisades and having my home burned down. I seriously had no way to comprehend how to even start this process of recovery or even if I wanted to start it all over again. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for Gandia. I had recently purchased a home that was very outdated and only wanted to change a few things however, once I started to talk to their team and designer I learned very quickly the potential my place had. Not just for myself, but for the future of the home if I were to ever resell it. We went with the mid-century modern style gutted the whole house and added an additional 800 ft.² for two extra rooms for my growing family. They redid the roof that had a bunch of leaks in it. They were able to pinpoint and water test multiple spots that have been leaking and changed out much of the framing and beams that were questionable. The yard in the pool were redone as well and it looks so much better, especially with the new hedges that they planted in that are growing really well now for privacy. Since they did such a great job and it was a very fast process I also had them completely redo my detached garage to turn it into a 700 square-foot guest home whenever I have family travel out to stay with me. They also fenced off the guest home to keep it private and made it look like it was a Tulum dream resort. So now I have two great places from one great company. I can’t recommend them enough and I’m excited for my family and friends to work with them as well. Thanks Carmine.

I absolutely recommend Gandia Inc, they did an exceptional job. My husband and I bought an old home that needed a lot of work. After meeting with a few companies we found on Houzz, we signed a contract with Gandia Inc. They are such a great team, Carmine is extremely helpful and kind. Working with Carmine has been incredible! My husband and I are new homeowners and this was our first remodeling project ever. We have remodeled our house three times over the years and working with Carmine was the very best experience ever. We felt that he always wanted to do the best work for us and that he took total ownership of the design and the construction at every step. What's so great about him is that he always respected our ideas but had a very gentle way of showing us alternatives that would work better in terms of design and architecture. He also worked perfectly with our architect. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen (down to the studs), laundry room and since we have an old house, he also had to do major framing, staircases etc. We also found that he always works with the best craftsmen so work progresses smoothly and is beautiful. I've been trying to find a company that would help me remodel my house but got overwhelmed trying to choose the right one. I've heard so many stories about construction companies, so I decided to wait. Then I saw a house in my neighborhood being remodeled so I went and asked for the company they were using. I got extremely lucky to find Gandia Inc, Carmine is so knowledgeable. The first meeting we had at my house was full of information and he was able to help us figure out what was convenient for us. I was looking for quality over anything, this is the house i'm planning on keeping so i wasn't cheap about it. Hartford Gandia was great when i asked for quality work they did exactly that, I have a full smart home system, which is as cool as it sounds! I’m very pleased with the results, will definitely recommend.
