We had gannage construction do a full house remodel on our 1970’s home. Gannage did a great job listening to our needs, paying attending to details and staying within our budget. They showed up everyday and did work during normal working hours until the job was done. We had changes along the way and Gannage was great in helping us keep in scope and limiting overages. We are very happy with the final job, the quality of work completed and their customer support now that the project is done. If you are looking for quality work, Gannage is the company to use for all your remodel and construction needs.

Among several remodeling projects that I’ve undertaken, the experience I had with Gannage Design & Construction on my garage ADU conversion has been the best, hands down. Mikhail Gannage is a consummate professional. He’s very good at making recommendations and finding solutions based on what’s important for the customer; he communicates often and clearly; he's very experienced and knowledgeable about building codes and savvy with inspectors and other permitting authorities. He sets a very high standard, and it’s reflected throughout his organization and with his contractors as well. Gannage may not be the least expensive alternative, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I was very happy with the value I received in working with Gannage Design & Construction

We had Gannage Design and Construction remodel our early 1950s home. It turned out excellent and we were very pleased with the workmanship. Mikhail paid great attention to detail and was very prompt in dealing with any issues that would arise.

My husband and I tend to be "DIYers" but when we were ready to tackle our kitchen, we knew it would never get finished if we did it ourselves. We had a very ugly, unfunctional kitchen in a house built in the 70's. Mikhail was very upfront on how the remodel process would work, he listened to what our wishes and needs were. He and Denise came up with an outstanding design and made it work for us. Many people had told us how horrible remodels can be and that they strain relationships! For us, this was actually super fun and a great project that our whole family took part in. Mike was amazing and was wonderful to have in our home. Mikhail and Mike even checked in to see how our girls did at the fair! Gannage Construction really made this adventure as easy as possible and with minimal stress. Best decision we made was to hire Gannage Construction. We have already highly recommended them to friends!

I can't praise Mikhail and his team highly enough!!! We interviewed many contractors before we began our project but Mikhail just stood out. He was personable and friendly while giving us great ideas and options and really spent his time listening and communicating to everyone involved. I'm sure our family together was a lot to take, but he always was honest and straightforward while interacting with us and always had a genuine smile. Because this was a first time large scale remodel for our family, we were very involved and concerned but the communication all throughout the project was excellent and when any issues (solely with suppliers) came up, they were quick to respond and attempt to fix the problem. They bid on a MASSIVE home remodel project for us and then after we significantly scaled it back to 1/4 of the work, were still gracious enough to rebid for much less work although we must have driven them crazy after changing our minds so much. We ended up gutting and remodeling two bathrooms including one with a custom shower, remodeling a deck (from the supports on up), blowing out a wall and creating a brand new large deck off our living room, replacing the windows throughout the entire house, replacing siding on the front of our house, replacing our roof, along with numerous items of repair on our 30+ year old home. Other reason we chose Gannage Construction, was because of their use a project management system which you could use access not only online but also through an app. It was priceless to immediately be able to provide them with answers to any questions as things arose, being able to make product selections, view invoices or an updated schedule or even to ask a quick question! Their use of CoConstruct really made us feel a part of the process even when we weren't able to be at the job site. Denise, the office admin was great about sourcing suppliers, handling our payments and communicating with us throughout the project. She really is a great asset in helping the office run smoothly. The subcontractors that they used did beautiful work and you could tell they really took pride in doing their job as craftsmen rather than just "getting it done" and universally went above and beyond. Some examples were: the deck guys noticing a slight sag in our wire railings and fixing it before anyone mentioned it or helping a delivery guy push a heavy pallet jack up a hill because his truck couldn't make it up our driveway. Ramon and Jose also really impressed me when the concrete pumper was running late, they chose to find something else to do rather than goofing off till he arrived. El from Monarch Windows who noticed a crumbling caulking job on a window a different company had installed and offered to re-caulk while they were here. Miguel the tile guy somehow finding a way to install a tile baseboard on a wall that was anything but straight and make it look fantastic! Dennis Morrison who is a true jack off all trades and was there throughout the entire project, more times than I could count noticed little things that needed fixing or adjusted and was always thinking of ways to make the house a better home in addition to his already assigned work. All of these guys individually did great work but together their efforts combined with the ease of working with Mikhail, Aaron, and Denise made this large project go so much more smoothly than I ever could have imagined. I couldn't recommend them more highly and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Mikhail and Arron Gannage are simply the best. They conduct business honestly, openly, transparently and with integrity. We hired their team of professionals to renovate our entire house and we are doing these renovations in phases. Phase one is completed and we absolutely love it! They renovated the garage, laundry room and put new flooring and baseboards in our bedrooms and bathrooms. We fully intend to complete all the rest of our projects with Gannage! This project was not without it’s challenges, as every construction project encounters. Mikhail and Aaron worked tirelessly to stay within our budget and solve problems as they occurred. They are wonderful communicators. They responded to questions and concerns in a timely and patient manner. It really feels like a team when you work with Mikhail and Aaron. And I simply have to give a shout out to Denise, the best resource for finding building materials, fixtures, and deals! We saved so much money because she works so hard to find what you want at lowest price possible.

Always fun starting a project with as much information as you can get. We worked with Aaron Gannage on design to come up with options and where to begin... Highly recommend taking this step first. Glad we found the right person to work with.

Mikhail and his crew remodeled and completely updated our home, adding a bathroom and laundry room and redesigning the interior space to be more beautiful and meet our functional needs. Mikhail Gannage and his crew did a fantastic kitchen renovation for me....on time and on budget! Cabinets refinished, island repaired, new granite countertop & back-splash, deep stainless sink & faucet, disposal, RO unit, hot tap, new recessed can lights and new appliances. We hired Mikhail in 2014 to rehab our tiny little master bath. He did such an excellent job that we did not hesitate to hire him for a major renovation on the rest of our home. He and Aaron turned our cramped, 60s rancher into my dream home. We ran into some problems with subs we had contracted with, but Mikhail made all the problems go away. No matter what extras we asked for, Mikhail and Dennis made it happen. Our home is now a beautiful, open living space. I am living in my dream home!
