Dan from Gap Insulation came by to give us an estimate a day after calling the office. First of all, he is the nicest guy and would be very pleasant to work with. Secondly, he is very honest. Main reason for our asking for insulation work was the concern that pipes up in the house's attic would freeze as they have been exposed for construction of a screened in porch. After questioning me, I told him that in the past 30 years, pipes have never frozen. Also, the attic which was insulated decades ago, has never given me any problems. So, we settled on reinsulated the attic space to solve them problems. We got a reasonable quote not only to put the insulation in, but also to haul everything away. They did the job quickly and professionally, putting insulation above and below the pipe work, as well as sealing everything off. We've had the insulation now for about a month, and every pipe system is much more reliable. Before it was extremely drafty, and basically unusable during the winter. Now, it's basically cooler in all of the other rooms in our house. We'd definitely use their services again.

This was the best experience I have had with contractors in my local area, thanks to Gap Insulation. We had a pretty decent sized job with re-insulation of the kitchen. Adam, the lead project manager, was incredibly informative and responsive from the first phone call and all the way through. He responded quickly, really knew what he was talking about and was more than willing to be part of the project. When the day came to do the work he and his team were super punctual and worked hard and efficiently. The result is awesome, our floors are much better and they really made sure that the insulation was done efficiently. Adam kept us informed every step of the way, took lots of before and after pictures so we have documentation and was a really stand-up guy as were his people. I can't stress enough how happy we were and are. Our home's comfort just got much better, as with our heating bills. Thank you Adam and Team from Gap Insulation!

We have been converting our detached garage into a home gym, and working out in the extreme cold had been tough for us. Insulating the garage was the solution. We reached out to Gap Insulation, Mike came out on a Monday for the estimate. He took his time with the estimate, explained everything and was very thorough. He was quick to get us a price that day, with no pressure and setting up a day for the installation was very easy. On that day, they came and started on the project as scheduled. The crew also discovered that they needed to frame the garage first, but didn't change their estimate, qualities of a true professional. Whatever he outlined on the job was exactly what we envisioned for the garage. We are extremely happy with the way the garage turned out, and can already feel a difference when we're in there working out. Great company, great team, and a great experience. You will not be disappointed!

Overall the process was pretty seamless. Dan came by and quoted exactly want we asked for. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell things we didn't want. I appreciated that. I received several quotes and Gap Insulation's was much lower than the other quotes for the same scope of work and materials. Dan and his crew were great for our attic cleanup, rodent proofing and insulation project. His team arrived on time and were very professional. After getting 3 quotes from 3 different contractors Dan from Gap Insulation came to my home and gave me an estimate. Everything on the estimate was clear and in detail. Dan came with his guys. They were fast, they covered everything and cleaned it up. Everyone had masks on. Dan was very kind. He told me I would feel a difference and I sure do. If you don't have insulation in your house you have to get it. They were very helpful over the phone with helping to get my insulation done.

Ron responded instantly to my query and several follow-up questions. We were able to schedule his cleaning and insulation service without delay, and he arrived punctually with his friendly and very professional team. Their work was performed exactly as Ron had explained, with very careful cleaning, rodent-proofing, foam insulation around all light fixtures, and then installation of thick R38 insulation. The crew was careful to wear protective equipment, as well as carefully protect the house from damage or debris. Looks like a warm winter comforter on our attic, and smells infinitely better. House feels warmer throughout, with far less frequent cycling of the furnace. Have now recommended Baker Stone to several close friends.

We recently engaged Gap Insulation team to remove the sprayed in insulation and dust etc from my roof space prior to pulling down the ceilings to replace them as part of a renovation. Team did the removal in a day and were great to deal with. When we dropped the ceilings we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of stuff that dropped down - virtually nothing! We were amazed as we had helped renovate another house recently, which had their roof space vac'd out by another company prior to the reno and still heaps of stuff dropped down on our heads when the ceiling was dropped. So the Gap Insulation team certainly did a fantastic job on our roof space vac/clean and we would highly recommend them to other home owners who need this sort of work done.
