Bottom line, Mike Garabedian is an awesome builder and a pleasure to work with. Building luxury homes is complicated, time consuming, and there will be bumps in the process due to the complexities, added amenities, and size of the home. What makes Mike such an exceptional builder is: - Communication: Constant and accurate communication of project updates, what was coming next, issues they were having, and cost to date and projections. He was always readily available for a discussion. - Attention to detail: Mike has a bad case of OCD which was good for us. If there was the slightest item off center, not level, or just didn't look correct, he would discuss it with us and let us decide on how or if we wanted to correct the issue. - “Can do attitude”: If there was a change, we wanted or something new, there was never a "we can’t do that". It was always, we can figure it out and make it work. - Work atmosphere: Mike is a pleasure to work with (even though he is a Texas Longhorn fan). Very personable, positive, and accommodating. He is just a good person. - “Techy” at heart: He introduced us to new technologies that we had no knowledge of. Of course, we were always fearful and reluctant, with the help of Mike, we are enjoying the many benefits of a "smart" home. - Respected by his industry peers: He is the past President of Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, a Certified Master Builder, and Life Director of Texas Association of Builders. Being elected by his peers to lead these associations is a great compliment. - Follow-up (most important): Building a luxury home is challenging and although we want everything to be perfect and complete upon move-in, it’s just not a reality. The most important element to the new homeowner is how the builder responds to making the finishing touches, repairing things that don’t work, and adding items that we may not have included in the original plan. We have been in our home ~6 months and Mike is still ready on the job and working. He will not be finished until we are finished. We highly recommend Mike Garabedian for your next building project. Our experience with Mike Garabedian and the staff at Garabedian Properties has been Fantastic. We have been in our Garabedian house for over 3 years. I can't comment enough on the Quality of the build and the Design of our home. We constantly have people driving by to take pictures of the outside. It is just a stunning home. In the February 2021 freeze and blackout, ours was the only house on the street that did not reach freezing temperatures inside. No pipe bursts as Garabedian designed the home to have all of the water heaters and water running through the home on the interior walls and within an encapsulated attic that remains the same temperature of the home. We have had several high-end Home builders in our house and ALL of them have commented on the remarkable quality of the products used and the overall build. Throughout the past 3 years in our home, Mike has reached out to us on several occasions (as well as during the freeze and blackout) to check on us and see if we needed anything. Once you buy a home from Garabedian, its like your a part of their Family. Always checking in and letting us know they are there if we need anything. We could not be happier with our home. Mike is a pleasure to work with and has a great deal of knowledge and experience. Mike Garabedian has delivered top quality service and quality in performing our recent home renovations and improvements. As a Graduate Master Builder, Mike has stayed on top of understanding up to date technical and material building options. His knowledge and experience has been invaluable in determining options to update and make repairs on our older home.
