Communication was great from the first step in product design, throughout delivery of the materials, and even about one week after delivery. The email communications and videos were very helpful with unpacking and assembly of the cabinets. The process was explained well and all expectations were clear. The quality of the cabinets exceeded our expectations and there was more than adequate hardware, just in case there were any issues. For our project, there were none. We purchased fifteen cabinets, which covered a wall space of 22’. I’d be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge how well the materials were packed. All pieces were labeled well and each accompanying piece was easy to find. It took about six days to complete this project and the picture doesn’t do it justice……trust me. I would highly recommend them for your cabinetry needs!!

We spent over $15,000 on garage cabinets and that is just a start, we planed on ordering more from this company. We received three massively large pallets. Due to the floors not being completed on schedule in the garage, we need to install the upper wall cabinets first. We had called the company for them to instruct what cabinets are in each pallet so we pull out the upper cabinets first to put together and install. WHAT A SHIT SHOW!!! This company has no idea what cabinet is in what pallet!! It seems like a complete shit show. There is no blueprint or instructions provided. In order to find the upper cabinets, we need to destroy three large pallets and go on a manhunt. We have no place to put these cabinets while looking for the upper cabinets. This company does not consider any process in remodeling a garage whatsoever.When the cabinets were ordered, a 3D Blueprint was designed. There is no blueprint with the pallets designating what cabinet goes where and if it’s a top or bottom cabinet. It is a complete shit show!!! The blueprint should come in each pallet stating what cabinet is in each pallet. This is a complete quality control flaw!!! At this point, I do not recommend this company whatsoever! After all of our friends found out what we were doing to our Garage they were so excited and wanted the garage cabinet company name so they could order. I now advised them not to. I work in quality control and quality improvement and this company needs major help, if I would advise help, it would probably not even be considered. A complete disappointment here.

I have used GarageCabinets.com on two separate garages. The quality of their product is far superior to the typical metal cabinets and other manufacturer’s products. They offer true customer service. From design to final delivery, we could not say enough good about this company! If you are looking for beautiful, durable, easy to assemble cabinets, be sure to check this company- you will be so happy!

I have been thrilled with this purchase. They helped me design corner system with upper and lower cabinets. The product is sooo much better than the metal cabinets and crazy strong. And so good looking! I enjoyed putting it together, the directions and the system is easy to figure out. It the same price as the heavy duty metal systems but sturdier and better looking.

The cabinets came well packaged and I and a son-in-law were able to put the cabinets together in about 2/3rds of a day (with the cabinets unpacked from the crate the day before). Since being installed I have been very pleased with the cabinets and appreciate finally having cabinets to get my shop organized.

I'm very happy with my cabinets and my overall experience. I'm a very detail oriented person and work in construction so communication is a big deal to me so that I can plan accordingly. From the get go I received timely responses, and proactive communication about my order. My crate showed up beat up and clearly the freight company had struck it with a forklift. It turned out everything was well packaged so there was no damage, but before that was clear garagecabinets was super helpful in making sure everything was accounted for and reassuring me they would take care of any issues. The cabinets went together easily and I couldn't be happier with the quality. I'll 10/10 times use them again for any future needs.

Excellent experience overall, from my first contact the manager explained the product I was looking for and made sure that was exactly what I wanted, and let me know the importance of watching the installation videos before I started to assemble. The videos were excellent resources and I was able to assemble the cabinets myself. Overall a great product, excellent customer service and delivery was extremely helpful.

Excellent product and excellent service. Highly recommend using these cabinets for your project. Excellent DIY choice. I received my shipment late April '23 and built and installed the 4 wall lockers, with one base and one wall unit with no major issues. The entire order process went perfectly. The order was placed and I was given a delivery date about 6 weeks out. The order arrived in a crate on one pallet, the parts were secured together and to the pallet, all pieces arrived with no damage. I did need a few missing locking parts to complete the last unit, I emailed what I needed and received those items the next day. The cabinets are solid and look great. The routed groove in the doors looks great vs. competitor’s basic flat door; soft close hinges are the way-to-go. The drawer dove tailing detail is solid. The choice of cabinet sizes made these cabinets a perfect fit.

From start to finish the customer service of this company was impressive. The design was a breeze with he help of Brian, and the production was right on schedule. The instructions on how to install the cabinets was easy to understand, and we didn't experience any issues with the installation. One of the drawers had a crack, but as soon as I told Alejandra our issue, she immediately ordered another drawer and I received it within a few days. We are happy with our cabinets. Couldn't have worked with a better company.

The design studio made it super easy to visualize everything in the space and make final decisions. These folks are great. Would absolutely do business with again.
