Chris and Donell did a great job. Were very careful with the delivery and to make sure they didn't damage anything, because we just moved in our home less then 2 months ago. Made sure the range was leveled correctly because they know I love to bake and knew it was important to me to make sure it was well leveled. Very kind and considerate. Thank you both. Debbie Edwards (Garner store) was extremely helpful and patient in helping me to find a replacement refrig to fit into an unusual 45-degree corner built-in space in my kitchen. Very few counter-deep refrigs (only found one out of dozens) have the right kind of outside hinge pivot point placement/door swing to avoid binding on the adjacent counter tops. But we managed to find ONE from their wide in-store selection of counter-depth refrigs that fit the kitchen cabinet template that I brought. I had absolutely no luck at the big box stores as their in-store counter-depth selection is puny and manufacturers' on-line specs don't give the level of detailed dimensional specifications needed to ensure the doors would swing as required by my cabinetry/countertops. Delivery was excellent too. It was ahead of schedule. Reggie/Malik/Jarvis were extremely courteous and took great care to get the old refrig out and the new one in, thru a winding path around islands into the tight corner spot, without bumping cabinets, hanging lights, etc.

We've recently finished construction on our new home in Apex. Garner Appliance supplied all of our appliances. The service we received in their showroom was second to none in terms of understanding our options and helping us make the very most of our budget. The deliveries and installations for which I was present were our refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Reggie and Lamarcus completed the installations of these large appliances without one single mark on our walls or floors. As this is a new home, any scratches or marks would have easily been evident - but there weren't any! They both introduced themselves upon arriving, were friendly, and did a beautiful job. I liked and trusted them immediately and am very impressed with the work they did.

Harry and Marcus of the Garner location delivered our trio of appliances for our kitchen on Monday, July 24. They were both professional and efficient in uncrating and placing the stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Harry explained their policies and both were quite polite. They made the experience a delight. Thank you to both!
