Gary Pools

i pondered whether i should write another bad review. The first one i did, i received a call from them trying to fix the problem in exchange for my removing their negative rating so i graciously did. Continuing with the same leak issues, i've being given different info. It's as if their workers don't know what they are doing and just talk as if they do know. Long story short, they sent me an $8000 skimmer quote. I got another quote from another company which was 50% cheaper. Gary called to follow up & i told them i received a better price. When the lady asked if i would mind sending her the quote to look at to see if they could match their price because they did not want to lose me as a customer, I graciously did. I never heard back. How rude. As a courtesy, you'd think they would have at least called telling me they couldn't match right? wrong. it's rude for a company to ask to see another contractor quote. i complied when i should not have done but i did it to see how much they could reduce and I was greatly considering since i've done business with quite frequently even though their work does not hold up. I expected a call back but never received it. That's rude! Gary pools is only courteous when they want your business. If they don't get it, you don't exist. I get it, it's a business but if you ask me for something, at least have the courtesy to acknowledge you've received it and even more so, give a courtesy call to say thank the potential customer and don't ghost them like they've done many times when things go wrong. I'm forever done with Gary Pools.

I have worked with Ryan in the past. He’s an outstanding asset to Gary Pools. Very professional. Does exactly what he says. He’s gonna do. Actually shows me the work he’s doing and keeps me informed. I highly recommend Gary Pools as Ryan is outstanding.

Jj was very helpful and spent alot of time explaining what he was doing. He trouble shooted many of the systems I felt needed fixing. He was very kind and sweet.

Dwayne has done a wonderful job with the maintenance of our pool. Always willing to go extra step if needed!

Grateful that Gary Pools sent out JJ on a Saturday a few hours before we had a pool party planned at our house. He was able to fix the problem and get it ready in time to swim. He also offered several helpful answers about other questions I had.

JJ just came out and fixed our salt cell without a problem. He knew what to check and verified things were working properly before leaving. He’s just a great person and very professional.

I have an old pool that was need of some maintenance. I had considerable staining and algae on the walls and floor of pool. I called Gary Pools to have the pool acid washed. Everyone I spoke with was extremely polite and professional. Landon was the technician they sent out to do the job. Landon was very professional, polite and personable. He was very knowledgeable and provided great advice and did an outstanding job.

Gary Pools was very responsive to our request for service on our salt cell not working properly. JJ came out, got us up and running and answered all our questions!! This is our second pool with them and the only company I recommend. Great company with great people.

JJ and Justin were awesome! They completed the Pool School and took care of other pool equipment needs. JJ and Justin are the best! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
