Gatehouse Partner's mission statement is to offer personalized construction management of the highest quality at a fair price with the client's needs of primary importance. Randy Sullivan has worked with some of the finest builders in the area during his 25 year career in custom home construction. In 1991 he relocated to Montana to build a custom home that was featured in Architectural Digest. After 3 years he returned and has since been managing the building of custom homes in Fairfield County. His attention to client's needs and architectural details has enabled his relationship with prior clients to flourish still. Steve Ditri spent eleven years in the business community. He received MBAs in Operations Management and Finance from Syracuse University. Most recently, he worked for Hedstrom Corporation in Chicago where he was responsible for corporate restructuring after a major acquisition and relocation of the corporate offices. Steve's expertise is in management, budgeting, cost accounting and planning. Together with their highly-skilled, professional staff, Randy and Steve go way beyond the normal owner-builder relationship and form long term bonds that last well beyond the building process.
