Greg (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Environmental Concepts was recommended to us by our pool builder Eagle Hardscapes We were moving forward with an idea to clean up/ update our courtyard and build a pool. We had years of ideas that Greg sorted through and helped us verbalize and visualize. Along with providing us with 3 lovely and fully planned out and presented plans for the courtyard and pool, planning included all of the plants, trees , lighting, furniture and finishing touches. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about the existing trees and worked with us to preserve all we could as we preferred to have a shaded portion of the pool deck throughout the day. Greg touched base with our builder on multiple occasions throughout the project. We are grateful for Greg’s expertise, his responsiveness, his clear communication, and his attention to detail.

Greg was referred by our architect Mozingo and Wallace and did an outstanding job! The project went smoothly and professionally. Greg is a professional and knowledgeable about landscape architecture.

Greg was referred to us by our builder, Traditional Homes, Inc. We wanted a unique design for a pool & backyards that would provide privacy and space to entertain/hang out. We met with him several times to draw up a design based on the backyard size and layout. Greg came up with a beautiful drawing which we fine-tuned with his help. He recommended materials for the pool exterior, retaining wall, lighting, and landscape. He incorporated a request for a putting green area in our backyard, too. The entire project is a one-of-a-kind pool design, firepit, and built-in grill that has truly exceeded our expectations for form and function. We plan to utilize our backyard to entertain family and friends for many years. Greg delivered a unique design and was hands-on all the way! C. McCrory

Environmental Concepts was recommended by a local pool contractor and we do not regret hiring Greg Duckworth and his firm. From the onset, we were very impressed with him. He met with my wife and I to learn what our wish list was. We told him what our vision was for our backyard oasis. He put together a preliminary conceptual design based on what we wanted. He was, throughout the whole process, extremely responsive to our needs. This was very refreshing having had different experiences with other contractors and vendors in our area. Greg did a full design: This included layout, landscaping, ligting, irrigation and audio. Once we received the final design, Greg did not disappear. He was always available by phone, text and email. He visited our project after construction was underway to make sure all the contractors had followed the plans and the concept. Our project looks amazing and this could not have happened without the superior work, design and professionalism that Environmental Concepts brings. Without hesitation, we would recommend Greg and Environmental Concepts for any backyard project.

Greg Duckworth when we needed an expert to handle our pool and fence project at our home. He was responsive, took time to listen and without his help our project never could have been finished. Very professional, unparalleled experience & a nice guy to deal with.

Without any reservation, I can recommend Greg Duckworth and his team at Environmental Concepts. Greg listened to my raw vision and ideas and developed a design that is absolutely spot on. He understood that I think of my outdoor space as a series of unique rooms and experiences. And he responded with a design that absolutely exceeds my expectations. He was extremely attentive throughout the process. I think I’m more excited about my new backyard than the house that is being built. I can’t wait for the work to be completed. It will be fabulous!

This firm was recommended by friends of ours in Grande Dunes who said Greg was the best in the area, and we totally agree after the transformation he designed for our home in Market Common. Greg designed a complete package for us including drainage, irrigation, lighting, complimentary plantings, and an outdoor seating and entrance to our home. The plans for each piece of the project were very detailed and easy to follow as he walked us through the plan, and the landscape design he developed was nothing short of beautiful. All the plantings complimented each other and were mindful of the sunlight required to keep them healthy. Greg also put the final plan out to bid and assisted us on making the right decision on a general contractor, (we went with Victoria Construction which was definitely the right choice). Greg also came on site at each milestone to ensure the design was being followed per the plan, which was very helpful. The completed project was nothing short of amazing. What was previously concreate sidewalks, rocks, and haphazard plantings, and very dull has been transformed into beautiful porcelain walkways and seating areas in a landscaped oasis. Truly incredible!
