In 2015, my wife and I retained Gentrac to tear down an existing house in an established neighbourhood in London Ontario and construct a new "retirement bungalow" for us, using as a departure point a concept sketch we had seen on Gentrac's web site. The 50' frontage, tight lot lines, large trees, and the zoning and grade limitations made for a challenging project. Gentrac delivered a great product on time. We are very pleased with the quality throughout. The entire team at Gentrac was very patient and helped to guide us through the many decisions required when constructing a custom home. John was always just a phone call away and consistently retained talented tradesmen and associates who took great pride in their work. We have been in the house now for almost a year and all systems are performing as advertised. Great job Gentrac!!
