Wow, Genuine Media is genuinely good! They have a staff that is detail oriented. They designed and installed our POS system for our concession stand. The system is user friendly and has all the features we need to keep track of sales and inventory. We highly recommend them!

Omg my house has never looked better! My security is up to date and running smoothly and I love listening to jams on my whole house audio. They are very punctual. Minimum mess, great work, great prices. Would definitely recommend and will do more work with them in the future - maybe my control system next!

Genuine Media Audio Visual installed a full home theater system. The technicians were professional, thorough, and patience. I had a lot questions and they explain everything to me. I had a few questions the about my system a few days later and their support staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as well..

Ostensibly the best AV company that I have hired. Installation was professional, quick and extremely efficient. The technician, was courteous with minimal fanfare he marked the spots on the wall, popped a hole into it dropped the cables and using what looked like a magic tray made all the wires disappear mounted the TV, cleaned up behind himself thoroughly and the job was done. The price was on estimate and under the projected time he stated. I would most definitely hire them again

I appreciate genuine media audiovisual work for installing my home theater system. My new Samsung Uhd smart 4ktv is looking great, combine with my Xbox One. The price for the work is reasonable. The professionalism and even going the extra mile ( the area of my house where I have the T.V installed had fire blocks) getting the work done. I'm satisfy with the work provide.
