I've recently completed a primary bathroom renovation and a sound-proofing project with Lovera Homes. I've found George Lovera to be a knowledgeable, experienced and honest contractor who took the time to listen and respond to my vision for the reno. He and his team were prompt, professional and very tidy. The costs for the work were reasonable and reflected the very high quality of the work. When issues arose, George handled these calmly and he created comprehensive solutions. I highly recommend Lovera Homes.

George and his crew finished my bathroom in 2019, and they did excellent work. From hiring subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, and glass to performing amazing tile work, George did a fantastic job. My house was 100 years old and the bathroom very oddly shaped, but George was able to work around it and reinforced the joists in the floor that had been previously cut up by DIY projects. He came in at quote price and was a pleasure to work with.

George worked with us on an en-suite bathroom renovation. He was thorough and worked very diligently on our project. His work is impeccable! We are really thrilled with the results. George has done a number of projects for us since moving in to our house. His work is impeccable. He’s extremely professional, offers a reasonable quote and keeps you appraised of additional costs along the way so you know what your price is at the end of the job. No major surprises. He’s always on time and the sub contractors he works with (electric, plumbing, etc) are all excellent as well. We have many more projects planned for Lover Homes in the upcoming years and I continue to recommend him to family and friends.

George has completed tiling jobs in our home on 2 separate occasions.. His tiling work is excellent. Not only did he help with my tile selection, but he modified my tiling needs when I made changes. He completed a herringbone pattern in the main bathroom that was challenging but turned out beautifully. Our renovation required extensive tiling. George arrives on time and leaves the work area tidy. I would not hesitate to use George for any of my tiling needs.

George is very knowledgeable and brings a lot of added value with his ideas and other ways of looking at a job. He and his team are very considerate of the homeowner and are always on site when planned. They maintain a clean work site and are respectful of the home. George stays in continuous contact with the homeowner to ensure that the work being done is in line with customer expectations. Overall George does excellent work and for a fair price. We are very happy with his finished product and he will be our first point of contact for future work around our home.

George did an excellent job on our bathroom renovations. Our first job we totally gutted the bathroom, and his work was outstanding. He even came up with some innovative ideas that gave us more storage in an area that was going to be wasted space. They showed up ALWAYS on time and on budget. We loved our new bath so much we had him come back to do a second. I would highly recommend George, and have already to my friends.

We had Lovera-Homes renovate our 4 bathrooms and laundry room and we were not disappointed. They were on time beginning to end and make sure the house was neat and clean from dust everyday before leaving. There were many challenges with the premade cabinets we chose to have installed but they patiently problem solved the issues and made minor concessions to the installation making the completed job look seamless. In the end, the cabinets look as if they were custom made for the space that were installed. George Lovera was very accommodating to last minute changes. We found George to be trustworthy having left him access to the house while we went away on vacation for 2 weeks. On our return we found the job was totally completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend him to family and friends.

We hired Lovera-Homes to fix a backsplash that a vey large company had installed badly during a renovation. George found time during the busy season, met us to pick out new tiles that would be guaranteed to work in our kitchen. George and his team were in and out each day, leaving a clean kitchen to work with. The result is beautiful. And George is really nice to work with. Couldn’t recommend hom more highly.

We have had Lovera Homes work on two renovations in our house within the last year, both completed to our utmost satisfaction. George listened to and respected our wishes, made many helpful suggestions on details such as tile and flooring choice, glass installer, and yet didn’t "oversell” a product or choice if it didn’t suit us. George was thorough and professional in every step of the renovation: from giving us a fair and reliable quote, to sticking to his schedule as best he could, to keeping construction dust to a minimum and tidying up the work space at the end of each day, we could not have ask for a better contractor and builder.

We hired Lovera Homes to renovate our ensuite bathroom in January. The bathroom was a late-1980's style and needed a full gut job, including the demolition of an old shower. We were incredibly impressed not only with the finished product but with the process as well. George was extremely professional, always showed up on time, and most importantly cleaned up the mess each night before he left, leaving the house spotless. He also went over and above by recommending additional pieces for the bathroom, including a sliding barn door that increased the amount of space in the room and looks great too. Our bathroom was transformed from a mostly unusable space to a beautiful and bright room. We highly recommend Lovera Homes, and will definitely be using George again in the future.

George. We wanted to take a minute to thank you for the exceptional job you did with our main floor renovation. From the first day we met you to discuss the project you exceeded our expectations. You were professional and thorough. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the information you provided in terms of your insurance, business license, police check and letters of reference. Additionally, we were thrilled to hear you tell us that with the removal of a wall came the consultation with an engineer. The fact that you were not willing to cut any corners was very impressive to us. We had interviewed MANY contractors who claimed to know what to do and many told us not to bother with an engineer. So glad we didn’t listen to them. Once the job was started you were meticulous in your work. You always kept us posted on timelines and when challenges were encountered, which is a normal part of any large renovation you clearly explained our options and estimated costs. There were never any surprises. My kids loved coming home to see what you had accomplished each day. They really loved having you and Miquel around even when the house was in disarray. Additionally, you tidied up every day and did your best to manage the mess …. A hard feat when the entire main floor has been ripped up. Finally, you finished on time and on budget. The results are amazing. We get so many compliments on the changes to our main floor. You will be called on again for any and all renovations we take on in the future. I can’t imaging wasting my time with any other contractor after working with you. You truly were a class above the others with a fair price. A tough combination!!!
