Georgian Renovations

Georgian Renovations completed a renovation of our two full floors of our home and we were very satisfied with the excellent job done by the Design team. The listened to us and read us well. It totally feels like home. The process was not unicorns and rainbows. We faced some challenges and had to make tough decisions. We love the outcome and are very proud of our new dream home. The work was done with much attention to detail and an obvious pride in the job, which we really appreciated. It was well organized, which made the period of renovation go smoothly overall. We will choose Georgian for a future project.

My husband and I are extremely happy that we hired Georgian Renovations in 2016. They started the renovations of our bungalow on time and finished within the 3 months - as promised, with very minor things to finish. Starting with the designer, Theresa and supporting staff, everyone was extremely pleasant and very professional. During the renovations, we lived in the home and the construction crew were impeccable, the home was always organized, no mess and clean. Georgian took care of everything, we did not have to deal with suppliers and trades. We addressed all of our concerns with the supervisor on site, Boris, and he always did his very best to resolve our concerns and he was always very pleasant, patient and friendly. Right from the beginning Manuela our designer worked with us to fit our tastes and vision for our home and made excellent suggestions. The crew was excellent. Every weekday and many weekends for 6 months there was someone working on something in the house. Every week there was progress. The project manager was a real craftsman who took care with the smallest detail. Even after we moved back workers came and touched up the little things to make sure it was perfect. The house is beautiful and functional and we are so happy we picked Georgian

It is such a relief to have found a company that does the job right and is trust worthy! From start to finish, Georgian was professional and kept the focus on providing us with the best in quality. My wife had me spinning in circles with all the requests around the house and we went through two different contractors that were admittedly less expensive, but were not showing up and the quality of their work was so bad, we had to fire both in the middle of the job. Georgian came in and produced a professional set of drawings and renderings and although the price escalated and was a little more than I anticipated spending, I am relieved that the job has been done right and by professionals. They did the work on time and took care of all the details. I suppose you get what you pay for in life and the next time I ever have any renovations to complete, I will fight the urge to be cheap and hire Georgian. Peace of mind at my age is worth a lot more than the potential savings from all these shady contractors! My Husband and I hired Georgian Custom Renovations to complete a renovation of the main floor of our recently purchased home. I could not have been happier with our designer Michelene who worked diligently with us through the entire process. We had very little idea of what we even liked with regard to fixtures and finishes. Michelene provided us with a beautiful well thought out design and was able to help us in making important decisions on where to spend money and where to save. The entire team at Georgian was very professional and easy to work with - I can't imagine how we would have gotten through this reno without them!

I was overwhelmed with a project that started off with a couple of fairly straight forward and relatively easy tasks of moving some walls and general electrical and plumbing issues. But little did I know what I was getting myself into. Once I pulled the first sheet of drywall off I knew I was in over my head and decided to call the professionals.
