One word describes Glas Associates, FANTASTIC! From the very beginning of our project they were nothing but professional, informative, very upfront, never left in the dark, and very accommodating. We added an addition to our 20 year home and Charlie Glas and his people made it look like it had never been any different! Everyone is just amazed. It’s so beautiful! And with this horrible year of COVID, so many things could have gone wrong, but almost everything went without a hitch. Besides Charlie, who is great to work with and has quite an eye for style and really listens to you, a special thanks to Jeff and Craig. Jeff is the best! Another of Charlie’s great people and Craig was always only a phone call away if we had a question. Wonderful experience! We’d do it all again if we had too! Heart felt thanks to them all!

From the first time we toured a Glas built house, we knew we wanted to have them build us a home. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality were truly impressive. It wasn't until we actually built with them did we discover what an amazing company they are to work with. Charlie Glas is a very hands on builder. He worked with us every step of the way, with design, materials, & selections. We built with another builder where once the sale was done, you were turned over to another employee -- never to see the owner again. This is not how Charlie Glas operates. Charlie takes a personal interest in each home he constructs, and takes pride in the quality of the project. We trusted him and knew that our home would be of top quality and beautiful craftsmanship. We would highly recommended Charlie and all his crew for their professionalism, ability to listen and understand your needs and wants, and for the incredible home they will create for you. We love our new home!!

We built our house in 2009. Working with Charlie Glas and his team was an all-around great experience. However, it was after the build phase when we got to appreciate Glass Associates professionalism and high ethical standards even more. Whenever we had a question, or there was an issue, Charlie and his team were always there to assist us with their expert advice and active technical support. If we were ever to build a house again in the area, it would only be with one builder, namely Glas Associates!

We had an excellent experience working with Glas Associates during the design and build of our custom home. They listened to our input, took the time to ensure the design and details were just right, and then delivered on-time and on budget. We've been in our home for 3 years and there isn't one thing we would change! The process was not stressful at all; we'd do it again, but love our home too much to move!!

Glas Associates, Charlie Glas, in our opinion is one of the greatest and talented builders in all of Southwest Michigan. His design, attention to detail, and quality speaks volumes. These guys build amazing houses. super high-quality, amazing level of craftsmanship, and just gorgeous. my wife and i have lived in this house for a little over a year now and we just love it. people call our home the gem of the entire neighborhood. couldn't be happier!
