We Recently finished a major remodeling project with Globus Builders. Our home went through total transformation (interior and exterior) within 7 months, slightly longer than anticipated due to issues with defective flooring from Porcelanosa. Manny, Gai, Miguel and the entire team were amazing. They were responsive, keep the job site clean and secured, they always return my calls promptly and listened to us carefully. They worked with our budget and time, make great design and finish suggestions. We have already started and completed another smaller project with them since our home remodel. Again, it was done within the agreed budget and time frame. Thank you Manny, Gai, Miguel and everyone involved. You made a very stressful, once in a life time remodel seem easy and we are enjoying every single minute in our new home.

I highly recommend this Builder. I saw some negative reviews online when we went to hire Globus Builder -- that almost prevented me from working with them. So I wanted to share my experience if you are in that same position. And perhaps set the record straight. We got many bids from different companies. Despite the negative reviews online, we decided to go with Globus Builder due to their reputation of finishing their projects on time. We had watched them do a remodel nearby and was impressed with their dedication, speed and their work ethic. They were not the cheapest and nor were they the most expensive bid. What impressed us is that they they stuck to their budget. We are pleased with the quality of their work. Finding a good contractor is a bit of a crapshoot. I feel like we got really lucky with them. Just good energy from their whole team throughout the process. And they delivered our job on time. We feel so blessed to have worked with Manny and his team of architects and structural engineers. Their work was completed quickly with no delays. Which is rare in construction. Highly recommend this company. They have a great attitude and have been in business for a long time. It such a big decision when you hire a Contractor. You are putting your project in some one else's hands. If they will take you on -- I would go with Globus Builder. They are great with the city inspectors. Our project moved quickly. Highly Recommend.

I did a major remodeling project with this company but will not use them again. In general, I recommend to stay away from this company. There were major construction issues, i.e. windows not centered in walls per spec, uneven sub floor, pool had no drain, concrete pavers filled with loose sand . I also never got any receipts and owners manual on all the appliances and hardware parts purchased through this company and made things very difficult for me to claim warranty when things broke. If you hire them and this company offer to purchase items for you under contractor discount, don't take their offer. Negotiate your own purchase.

Globus remodeled my entire house. I was unhappy with the subcontractor's work but overall I am pleased with the results. The owner resolved some issues with the city immediately which helped a great deal. Reasonable prices.

Manny did a wonderful job remodeling our condo in Santa Monica in 2012. We converted the unit into an open concept and turned a galley kitchen into a spectacular modern chef's kitchen. Both bathrooms were remodeled and hardwood floors were put in throughout the unit. Manny and his team did a great job with our condo. We just recently bought a house and we didn't even consider anyone else for the remodel. Manny's become like family to us.

Many, Guy and their team built a new 2000 square foot basement under our existing 80 year old house. This is an engineering feat, fraught with unexpected challenges that was complicated further by our living inside the existing house throughout the project. The superior rating reflects their ability to work through the numerous issues that came up and their unwavering commitment to our full satisfaction.

We bought an old fixer upper condo in 2011 and Manny turned it into a sleek, modern space - totally unrecognizable. His guys are great and all hard workers. Manny is always available and willing to work with you on budget items and is very quick. His timelines are half of other contractors. We just contracted him for a large house renovation where we are taking the house down to the studs. So far the experience has been great - just like last time.

Money hungry contractor!!!! Many was very nice at first to get our confidence. I had some problems with the finishing products, they were bad install and he didn't care about it. He just left me in the dark...having to look for another contractor and expend extra cash ... to fixed the problems that Globus Builder left behind......Beware!!!!!!!!

What can I say ... it's been a pleasure to work with Globus Builder Gai Baron (who manages the projects in the Bay Area) is one of the most dedicated professionals I have ever run into in my entire life. He works from the heart and is aimed to please even in screamingly impossible situations. Menny is one of the most amazing and fair business guys I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a home for themselves ... and want their most important partners for the project to be human beings of the highest standard ...

Menny and Gai are awesome. Just take a look at the photos of their projects and you will see the calibre of their work is of the highest standards. And they are a pleasure to work with, nothing is too much trouble - they really care about their clients and always go the extra mile. Highly recommended!!

Turned an old house into a beautiful modern home. Very professional work in every aspect: demolition, new walls, new floor, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new roof, exterior walls stucco and paints, new electricity, new plumbing. All was done with great care and attention to details. Helped us stay in our budget. Finished the work on time as promised. Never cut corners and explained every step in the process. Great job!

Choosing a contractor for remodeling our new house wasn't easy. We made the best choice. Globus Builder managed by Manny and Gay is more than we could expect. They were super professional, reliable, fast and efficient, and made a very high quality job. They have a large staff, each one is an expert , they had so many good advice, and above all they are great people. Working with them was amazing. We highly recommend them to anyone who is remodeling, building a house or in a need for a contractor. We really love our new house and we are very grateful to Manny and Gay and their staff.
