Gina is amazing! We have worked with her on several projects in our Colorado home. Her ability to “read me”, interpret our needs, accept my input, challenge my whims, and develop a plan and see it through, produced a great outcome. Gina is highly skilled...... understanding spacial needs, materials and application. She has knowledge of construction and received high praise from our contractors about her knowledge,organization and ability to work as a team. Remodeling can be a difficult process for there are often unwanted surprises and unpredictable obstacles. Gina was able to adapt, and come up with solutions, without losing the integrity of the master plan. She is very creative and can source unusual options when desired producing unique outcomes. Words can’t do her justice. I have had 40 years of experience working with professionals on countless projects in my three homes .....and she is one of the best!

We did a complete kitchen update makeover. Never having used a professional design consultant my first concern was adding even more cost to a the biggest project we’d yet attempted. The concern was unfounded. Gina, of GMF Design, saved us well beyond her fee. My next concern was whether our personal style and desires would be lost in the process. Again, unfounded. Although Gina has years of experience in design, including taking a project from start to finish without customer input, she was from our first meeting highly interested in us personally. My husband and I are pretty hands on people (understatement). Gina worked with us every step of the way, refining and guiding the materials and contractor selections with us rather than for us. Gina held the contractors to schedules and outcomes so no need for us to develop ulcers, and was with us every time a contractor was working. We really became a collaborative team. And to top it off we came in so close to original budget it was impressive. Gina brings a rare combination of warmth and professionalism every step of the way. The kitchen is so much better than anything we’d have done by ourselves.
