I paid a premium price for the "platinum service" and this company ruined my liner via neglect/poor maintenance. The so called pool technicians would show up and spend most of the time on cell phones. Do not waste your money.

I had the best experience from beginning until the end. Ed and George were exceptional. Good All Pools are very fortunate to have them representing there company. I am extremely happy with the end result.

After having some issues with a new high efficient pool pump install Goodall was willing to make the problem right and stand behind there customer service. That is a quality of a good company.

We used Goodall to open our pool. I used them last year and had the same problems, so it is my fault for re-hiring them. Again, this year they can't clear up my water or turn on the heater. Last year they redid my heater and now they can't turn it on. Four visits to the house and the water is still green. Of course I have to pay for each trip. They will never be rehired. I am at a loss... Now, they say I owe them for close to $750.00., when they haven't even officially opened it!! They show up and wander around. Then, they knock on your door and say, "I don't know what to do. Call the office." After spending less than 15 minutes, they leave. On the way out- after the mess they dumped off of our pool cover- they tell us if we want their mess cleaned up, we're going to have to pay for that, as well. When they did it!! Friends of ours on the river said they have the largest boat and flaunt their name and money. I will do all I can to warn people about them. Marie L.

Totally pleased...we had a challenging project - building a pool on a slopped lot..the 1st pool builder we worked with told us they could not work with us - because they could not understand the idea I had in mind - they returned our deposit. From day one Dan was excited about our project and totally understood the idea I had in my head and made it happen. Every Goodall employee we worked with was positive and professional..we are very pleased with our pool and very excited that the design won a gold award..thanks you, Goodall! We would not think of using any other company for supplies or service!

When my wife and I first notified Goodall Pools & Spas of a possible warranty issue with our one year old Sundance Spa, a technician was promptly scheduled and an inspection performed. Once the issue was confirmed, Goodall's Service Manager Dan Kann negotiated the replacement of our spa with the manufacturer on our behalf. Within a few weeks, all the while communicating with us, Dan arranged for our spa to be replaced with a brand new spa. Goodall even waived the removal and reinstallation fee! Once the new spa arrived, the Owner of Goodall Pool & Spas, Bob Goodall Jr. came to our home to ensure we were satisfied and even physically helped install the spa. Goodall's customer service and dedication to their customers is superb! So many companies now have poor customer service, it is refreshing to find a company that cares and does the right thing. Goodall Pools & Spas will continue to have my business for a long time to come.

My wife and I decided to use Goodall Pools & Spas as we realized a swimming pool is a considerable investment-and we wanted to go with an organization we thought was the best. We have not been disappointed and Goodall was the right choice for us. Ed McGroarty and the Goodall Pools team did exceptional work in ensuring that our backyard pool dream came true. The workmanship, customer service and attention to detail were far beyond what we have seen in a contractor. The warranty they offer gives us a sense of relief knowing how they stand behind their prodcut.

Work performed on site at my pool was done professionally and courteously. Any questions I had were answered and any questions the workers had, were asked before making any assumptions as to my wishes.

This was a complex project involving the demolition of an existing concrete pool, significant earthmoving and the construction of a new pool. The Goodall people were very patient in working with us on design and, for the most part, the project went well. My only comment would be to keep an eye on how they manage some of their subcontractors and, if you have a prefer landscaping contractor, use them

We contracted with Goodall to put an inground pool in and to build a back porch for us. The pool installation was 100%, with no issues. The landscaping went great as well. We ran into issues with the contracter that Goodall contracted to build the back porch. He did amazing work, but he was unreliable and slow. When someone spends that much money on a project, they should expect the contractor to communicate and get the work done on time. Overall we are very happy with our pool, porch and landscaping. It looks exactly like the drawings that Ed provided at the beginning of the project. Ed McGroarty is a great salesperson, and was amazing throughout the entire project from beginning to end. He is someone that we can rely on.
