I first met Deniece 4 years ago when I bought my first home. Her knowledge of the crazy Bay Area market was invaluable and she really worked hard to get me my condo at a great price, even though it was a seller's market. Fast forward to 4 months ago when I sold my place, Deniece again proved that she's a great asset in the Bay Area market. She helped me sell my place, for above asking, with great rent back terms.
