About Us

Man N Mountain Tile & Stone is a quaint store, located “On The Avenue” of Norfolk Nebraska. We want to extend an invitation to come to experience tile designs & fashion for your home or business. We strive to make your tile-buying experience more personal by inspiring you with fashion forward designs; making your dreams turn into reality; and help you create with textures. Our specialty is blending a mixture of tile, natural stones, glass or metal to give you, the customer, a one-of-a-kind look in your home and/or business. Our Motto is simple: Inspire, Dream, Create. Pam Davidson, the owner of Man N Mountain, has 26 years of experience in the flooring industry, with a total of 38 years in the retail sales. She has a wonderful concept of design, plus an uncanny understanding of the technical side on tile products and installation. Man N Mountain wants to grow within our community and offer our customers “big city” selections, with a warm & inviting atmosphere. The name, ‘Man N Mountain Tile & Stone’ was inspired by two completely different concepts. First, tile is ‘Man-made’ and stone comes from the ‘Mountain’ combining the two… Man N Mountain. The second is a bit more closer to Pam’s heart. Her two daughters are Meagan & Melissa… M & M. We opened our doors on December 26, 2012 and are ecstatic about the overwhelming response we have been given by the community. Dedicated to make a difference during your shopping experience, Man N Mountain is constantly expanding to give you, the customer, the newest products available at an affordable price. We have contacted Man N Mountain and received consultation on 2 projects (kitchen and bath) in the last 3 years. Our contact person was Sally. Sally was very professional and her advice on the projects was outstanding. She was willing to combine our ideas with hers to come up with a fantastic finished product. She followed up to be sure that things were moving along and was always very positive and cheerful when dealing with our prolonged decision-making. We are very happy with the product received as well as the recommendations for professionals who completed the installation. We have a possibility of 1 more project in the near future and will definitely contact Man N Mountain for a consultation.

The staff at Man and Mountain were very helpful when we remodeled our home. They helped us pick of the tile for the floor in our kitchen, dining area and entry ways. We also purchased the tile for the showers and floors of two bathrooms, a beautiful backsplash for our kitchen, as well as the tile around our fireplace in our living room. We are VERY happy with how everything turned out! Pam even went above and beyond our expectations when she helped us pick out paint colors for our walls--especially since they don't even sell paint!

Sally is a great person to work with. She was very helpful to us in picking out our stone. She knows her colors and paint and was very helpful in helping us to choose what would best go with our décor. We built out a stone wall in our family room for a firebox and TV above. Ordering and delivery were prompt. Any questions or concerns we had she was able to answer or give us advice. She is knowledgeable about the products she sells. She tries to make sure her customers are happy. Everything was within our budget and we are very happy with the end result. Ww remodeled a put in new stone tile in the bathrooms, the sunroom, and mudroom. Also we installed hickey engineered wood flooring in the upper levels. The products and installation were excellent and the personal, friendly service was very good and we accomplished what we wanted to do.
