My husband and I have been working with Matt E and his team for over a year starting with the sales cycle through build and now being a homeowner of one of his homes. The entire experience has been positive and we are thrilled with the final product. This is our 4th home, 2nd build and know our preferences and are meticulous in our asks and expert high quality and workmanship. They delivered. Throughout the process we encountered a few hickups, as expected with building a home, but the management of the project and the attention we were given was incredible. The project manager, Matt C, is extremely professional and goes beyond the call of duty. These guys are in a category of their own and we highly recommend them if you are considering building a home in Charlotte.
