We loved working with Grandior Kitchens. Their time, design ideas, and craftsmanship helped us maximize space in our kitchen and achieve the look we had desired--within the time frame and price promised. The friendliness of all Grandior team made the process fun too! In addition to our kitchen renovation, we also worked with Grandior to remodel our master bathroom, the hallway bathroom and the guest bath. All the custom bathroom cabinetry are beautiful, useful and seemingly built to withstand heavy use in a busy household with kids. Love the stone work as well. Thank you so much for the great work you have done! Hands-down the best kitchen designer in Baltimore!!!

He actually was able to identify from my personality and conversations what would work for me and my family. I was amazed at how his assessment was on par. The result is amazing. Daniel assisted me through the entire process of decsion making, ordering, delivery and follow up. He was also a great resource to my installer. The product was delivered on schedule which allowed the installer to complete the project in time for Thanksgiving. Daniel handled questions/concerns promptly. Daniel was fantastic, our kitchen remodel from time walking into his store to completion was under two months. He was excellent showing us a vast array of products to we could select what we liked. All material order came in a timely fashion and he stayed with the contractor to ensure all was constructed to our satisfaction.

Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen and Bath and Daniel Khoshkharaman, the Principal Designer. Daniel was really a pleasure to work with. He has excellent taste, patience, and the real world know-how to achieve a really great result. I found him by stumbling upon his website sometime in February. Daniel has great knowledge of all types of products that go into designing a great kitchen. His showroom also has an amazing selection and price ranges. Daniel is a great designer and was able to make a masterpiece our of my disorganized and impractical kitchen, and all this on a relatively low budget! He also helped me to purchase appliances at great prices. I used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, who was also super professional and knowledgeable. I could not asked for a better contractor to do this job. My kitchen was done in 2.5 weeks with no delays! What is most important is that Daniel was also available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on backorder for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

We've been working with Daniel at Grandior for our kitchen cabinets. He was able to get us inset custom cabinets for the price of pre-fab, using Great Northern Cabinetry. I'm amazed it worked out. Also, I'm sure I have been annoying to work with at times--I am detail-oriented and a painfully thorough communicator, and Daniel has not seemed to mind in the least. He's so easy to work with. He'll give you his opinion, knowledge, and input, and then respect whatever choice you make in the end. So thankful we found Grandior and Daniel to work with--he has made our dream kitchen possible.
