My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The Grandt Builders team was excellent to work with from design ,build, and followup for our new Lake Cabin. We are so happy with the overall look of the cabin that just blends into the surroundings . Features lots of glass for great views of the lake, an interior that feels so warm and inviting with lots of wood , a fireplace that just invites you to cozy up to and relax , and the upstairs balcony view is amazing. The design and build quality is great and we know it will be a generational cabin for our family. Dale and Carol were so easy to work with and gave us such great input that made this cabin our home away from home. We just can’t wait to get away from it all at the lake. We would highly recommend Grandt Builders for your cabin or home build , you won’t be disappointed. .

We hired Grandt Builders to build our cabin on Big Pine Lake. We wanted to have the cabin built over the winter and ready in the spring. Grandt not only completed the project on time, the work was completed with a high degree of quality and professionalism. We enjoyed working with them and have recommended Grandt Builders to others

They acted as general contractor for my project. They did everything from site prep to my driveway and foundations. They built an out building for me as well as my entire house and garage. They were great to work with, and I'd definitely recommend them again; they do high quality work!

Our experience with Dale was nothing less than fantastic. Dale walked us through every step from start to finish. Dale's staff were all friendly and patient with us along the way. We experienced no difficulties during the construction phase and were very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone we dealt with. Our cabin came in on budget and was completed in less time than was anticipated. Everyone who has seen our finished cabin has been very complimentary. We highly recommend Dale Grandt Builders to anyone who is looking to build or remodel a home or cabin. Matt and Dawn Margenthaler

Our experience working with Grandt Builders was amazing! Dale and his crew are hard working, honest, and reliable. We had them build us a cabin and we worked together on the floor plan; we couldn't be happier. It is small enough to afford, yet it offers us room to have family up. Dale has excellent suggestions, such as his unique style of finishing off doors and windows - love it! He is easy to work with, he listens well, and he gets the job done. He and his crew worked well together. I recommend Grandt Builders to anyone who asks for the name of a builder, and we have shown the cabin to others who like the floor plan. Our experience with Grandt Builders was very positive and rewarding!
