Our interaction with Granite & Quartz Countertops was effortless from the showroom to our kitchen install. All our questions were answered by the staff and the process of choosing our counter was stress free. Cameron was very helpful and guided us each step of the way. Steve and the installation crew was on time and did a great job. They arranged for a plumber to be right behind them to do the hook-up. All was cleaned up before they left. Overall experience was exceptional!! Everyone was great to work with and very accommodating!! From Cameron in sales, to Jeff (both of them) in production/design/measuring and Patrick whom we communicated with the most, they were exceptional. The same goes for the installation crew. They were respective of our house and keeping it protected and clean during the installation and worked with us to get us the finished kitchen that we planned for. Beautiful establishment. Showroom is lovely. I love that you can walk into the workshop area and choose from scrap pieces for smaller jobs. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. Even though this particular job of ours was small, I have never seen a granite job done better. I have had two kitchen counters put in at my main residence and neither looked as beautiful or as perfect as this one. I was given window times and Patrick gave me an installation date a month before it was expected. We weren't there when this job was installed. When we arrived at our home a week after this job was completed, we were thrilled that there was NO MESS to clean up! This is a company that is trustworthy, reliable and takes pride in their work. We will definitely use them for our next projects!
