Granite Grannies did a terrible job with the installation. Owner failed to remedy the damages. As a result, I would not recommend this company at all. You are best served hiring another company.

My gorgeous countertops were just installed a few days ago and I am in love with them. They showed up on time and took their time to make sure it was done properly. I had fun at the design meeting! Lori definitely took her time to make sure my countertops met my expectations.

Granite Grannies is a very unique company. I have been working with Lori for over 8 years. The excitement and care she shows each project is like each project is her own! She will dedicate time and her efforts to make each project a master piece! She runs her company with a passion and honesty that is hard to find these days!

If I give a half star would. After reading reviews on Houzz I had high expectations from this company but, sadly my experience was horrible. The granite wasn't installed properly showing seams and when I bought it to their attention it wasn't fixed. During the installation they damaged my dry wall and broke my front door. Also made them aware wit and they denied it even when I had pictures of the wall before and after. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to any one.

I started the my project in April 2016. A friend recommended Granite Grannies based on a previous experience with the company. I met with Lori first and she was professional and knowledgeable about the stones. Lori looked at pictures of my kitchen and made great recommendations. After that, I worked with April. She provided recommendations and sent pictures of sample stones for me to consider. She coordinated with several companies for me to visit to make a stone selection. April was very patient and understanding of my long process to make a final decision. She remained professional after I made stone decisions and changed my mind several times. I finally made a selection of a marble called Lorena White. Rusty was professional and made recommendations when he measured my current countertops prior to the installation. He also came back for a follow-up touch up and he was friendly and provided helpful information for keeping my newe countertops looking good. The team that cut and fabricated the countertop did an outstanding job. The installers did a great job and respected my home. Tony returned several times to followup on some minor items. He was very pleasant and resolved the minor items. I truly love my kitchen countertops. Lori, April, Rusty, Tony and Team thanks for a job well done. I highly recommend Granite Grannies.

After visiting many granite fabricators, my husband and I heard of Granite Grannie's. We went there, met Lori, and she proceeded to check her inventory plus myriad other sources until we finally found the precise color of marble (not Gray!) we needed. She was very helpful. Her crew then fabricated and installed a very unique marble top for our long center island. It has been several months since installation, and we still get compliments every time anyone visits. This is my second time around with Granite Grannies - they did my kitchen in my Annapolis home 4 years ago and really appreciated the quality work! There was no question whom I would work with in this new project. My new home has been under reconstruction for about six months. I have and continue to deal with dozens of tradesmen, contractors, vendors etc.- of ALL of the companies I have been dealing with GRANITE GRANNIES is the ONLY one that did exactly what they said they would do plus ahead of schedule! Lori is flawless with her attention to detail and customer service she provided me every step of my project. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. I strongly recommend Granite Grannies to anyone considering granite/marble for their home or business. You will be dealing with an ELITE company in both customer and product satisfaction.

What can I say?? My experience with Granite Grannies (GG) was the best! My friend had recently remodeled her kitchen counter tops with GG's beautiful granite and recommended that I take a look at what they had to offer. I was apprehensive because I thought the prices would really exceed my budget. Thankfully, that was not the case. I purchased granite for my two bathrooms, kitchen counter tops and a sink. Hanna (sales person/family member) was such a great person to work with and her knowledge of everything "granite" was super. Along with Lori (Hanna's mom/owner) the experience of choosing your granite from a factory full of choices was quite an experience for me. There are so many choices and getting the history/story of the granite you choose is so interesting. From choosing my granite to the installation--I could not be more pleased! The entire staff was very helpful and made you feel like you were important and special as a customer. I found Granite Grannies through some Google searches for Soapstone installers. I was interested in soapstone but couldn't find anyone that could show me and explain what the benefits and drawbacks were. Lori was very helpful in explaining what to expect and walking us through the process of going all in on a stone well outside of the norm. She spent an incredible amount of time texting back and forth with me late into the night on current inventories and sending pictures to maximize our days off from work to find just the right stone. Once we found the stone, she quickly had her team measure and install a master bath vanity counter, shower bench, and door thresholds at a very reasonable price. We love our soapstone! There were a few hiccups but that is life, it's how they respond that counts in a company focused on customer service. Her team is responsive, I can not recommend them enough!

I needed a new granite top installed to sell my home and Granite Grannies was not only very reasonably priced but was able to do the work in 3 days while all others wanted 1 or 2 weeks. The installation work was very professional and the granite top is beautiful. So this helped sell my home after only 3 days on the market. Thanks Lori and the rest of the Granite Granny staff. I am so satisfied with their work that I will be asking them to install a new granite top in my new home.

Can't say enough good things about Granite Grannies' work and entire staff. My job was small, yet too much for me to ever afford. They offered to with me on a "lay away" type basis until I'd paid for my dream. In it went and I have the most beautiful bathroom ever. Even the unusual sink routing they'd never done before, they made happen. From my imagination to installed in my bathroom! Communication is great (thanks Kimi!), Lori's product knowledge incredible, and the fabricators unflappable. I'm now working on soapstone for my kitchen. And they haven't blinked at the unusual requests I have (thanks Gardenweb's Kitchens!) I look forward to another beautiful job.
