Our major remodel would not have been possible without the vision, guidance and support of Lindsey Vanneman (Grayling Concepts). She helped us through the initial planning phases, through to completion of the entire project. Her coordination with the contractor and team was invaluable and made the entire process so much more enjoyable and eliminated stresses for us. Lindsey helped us transform our 1920s bungalow into a modern day masterpiece. She helped us open up the space and keep the character and charm of the original structure, but added brightness and beauty to every space. This included the dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom, master bath, staircase and deck. I had a vision for what I wanted, but no idea how to bring it to life. Lindsay took that input and did an amazing job coming in and listening to my preferences and then masterfully putting them together to fulfill my vision. She drove the overall project and guided the contractor and helped us make decisions that otherwise may have led to divorce. Also, Lindsey had a methodology and process where we could budget and stay on schedule. She is fun to work with and knowledgeable as well as someone you can trust.

We were looking at remodeling a prospective home for purchase and Lindsey helped us visualize what design changes we could make and was very thoughtful and thorough in her approach. We did not end up buying the house, but I would definitely use her again in the future.

Lindsey was terrific! I was new to the whole remodeling game, and wasn't sure what the interior designer does. As we progressed through the project, Grayling Concepts totally blew away my expectations and provided a tremendous value-add. She was on point on all the decisions and really looked at everything from the overall, macro-level concepts, down to the smallest of details.
