We had previously worked with Jennifer on replacing our roof. So, when it came time to consider renovations to prepare our home for sale, we felt confident that Ben and Jennifer would help us make sure everything was move in ready. We let them know the general idea of what we envisioned, and they filled in the details that made our home seem brand new. It was easy to communicate with Ben and Jennifer. And we were kept informed of the work schedule and they quickly answered any questions we had. Their work resulted in a total makeover of the interior. When we listed the home there were three showings and two offers. One of which was above listing price. We had a contract in under three days. We are happy to recommend Ben and Jennifer of Great Than Builders.

Jennifer and Ben were at my house to inspect and give me an estimate within just a few hours of my first contacting them. The price given was far better than I had expected! They had their time working on my gutter install within just a few short days! The work looks great and I couldn't have asked for anything better! I would absolutely pick them first when it comes to any future home renovation needs, and I do plan on doing so!

I am beyond impressed with Jen’s professionalism, knowledge, prompt communication, and the Team’s meticulous cleanup. She gave me her honest assessment regarding replacing my roof, gutters, along with uninstalling/reinstalling my solar panels. All of the work that would be performed was clearly spelled out, and Jen was very responsive when I had questions. The Team cleaned up every last bit of debris! Jen also arranged having a few other small construction projects around the property that I needed completed. I highly recommend Greater Than Builders, and I will use them again for future projects!

Ben and Jennifer helped us with a remodel of our kitchen. New countertops, backsplash, stove hood, and sink. From start to finish, they were here overseeing all of the work and cleaning up at the end of the day. The new countertops look amazing and all of our friends that come over that this the first thing that they notice and every one of them have had positive comments on how great they look. Jennifer definitely has a gift on matching colors and all of the different styles that are out there to choose from, she helped up make this an easy selection process. Their relationship with their different suppliers is just another example of how treating them as part of the team made its way to my wife and me. We were treated with the utmost respect and the willingness to answer questions and show us samples because we were working with Ben and Jennifer. It didn't matter which supplier we were dealing with; they all treated us extremely well. Their installers, well they just carried that same attitude forward and before leaving, they wanted to make sure that we were both happy with their finished efforts.

Due a major hailstorm we had to get a total roof replacement. I immediately called Ben and Jennifer, and they came over and looked at our roof and confirmed that it would need replacing. Jennifer came back out and met our insurance adjuster when he did his inspection and made sure that everything that needed to be covered was taken care of. Then their roofing team showed up and everything from start to finish was done at the highest standards. Tarps were laid down to catch any trash, and they were put down and set up in a manner to protect our landscaping. At the end of the day, it was common to see Jennifer out looking and running a magnet to make sure no nails were missed by her crew. The Class 4 shingles that they use allowed our overall insurance premium to be reduced which was welcomed. Neighbors saw how everything was being done out our house and 5 of them went with Ben and Jennifer. All of our roofs look great.

I've had the opportunity to work with Ben on two separate projects these past 3 years and cannot express enough how impressed we are with Ben's professionalism. Our first project was a new custom home in Kingsland and the most recent was a full remodel of a single family residence. Ben came in on budget and the finishes were high quality. Most importantly, Ben's communication was consistent and timely which gave us confidence in all of the typical situations that surface when remodeling older homes. We do look forward to working with Ben and his team again in the future.
