Sura Malaga Interiors - MDesign and Development

Do not work with Sura Malaga. She is holding my money for almost 2 years I ordered furniture. I paid her upfront and she did not deliver the coffee table and two end tables claiming they were discontinued. Well since the furniture was not delivered then refund me my money she owes me $3320 for furniture I never received I have the invoice. This is no way to run a business. I’ve been asking for my money to be reimbursed for a year and a half but she has been avoiding the issue. Bottom line. Send me my money

Sura is so very creative. She is amazing at understanding how to translate the different I styles I love and making them into the exact look I want. I really wanted to work with the terrazzo floors that were my house (hidden under hideous tiles from the 80s) and she made it happen! With a mix of contemporary, chic beach and my love for Van Gogh, she perfectly pulled it all together!! Not only was her creation perfect for my style but also keenly incorporated all the right components that will be timeless and will translate well for resale one day. This is my second project with Sura (first was my master bath) and I can't wait to do the next-the kitchen! She worked within my budget and was able to communicate with the contractor to get exactly what she/I wanted. Sura Malaga of MDesign & Development was hired to do redesign our dated two areas of our Park Ave apartment in NYC. The babies nursery and dining room - she did a fabulous elegant circus tent theme in the nursery. It looks like art! I love walking into the room. The dining room was more formal and is a wonderful area to entertain in now. Ms. Malaga and her team were amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Her staff from designers, painters etc were always on time, courteous and fast. Sura listened to me and came up with exactly what I wanted. We couldn't be happier - thank you, Sura!
