Last year they painted our master bedroom and did a great job. This year they took on the big open plan task of the throughout ceiling plus hall and family room walls to match a new fireplace. They were again very good and with minimal mess plus doing the job when it was convient for us. Can be recommended.

I have used Greenleaf for years now for both interior and exterior projects. They are exceptional to work with in every capacity. Their sense of urgency creates quick call backs. Their estimates are reasonable and never deviate from the actual cost. Their field guys are respectful, clean, and quiet. Their communication and follow up quick and transparent. And of course, the quality of the work goes hand on hand with everything else they do. I couldn't extoll their virtues enough. Top in class all around!

I can't recommend Greenleaf Painters enough. I am blown away by their exceptional work on our old, cracked plaster walls and original trim. Both bedrooms look brand new. My wife and I hired Greenleaf Painters to work on two rooms in our 100-year-old home. The plaster walls had numerous cracks, a textured plaster surface and many dark wood ceiling beams that required an extreme amount of detailed work. We also needed some carpentry work done. Greenleaf did an excellent job painting our home and reframing our screened porch. The project manager, Sean, was a terrific communicator. He's very easy to work with! The painters and carpenters were efficient, detail oriented, and respectful.

Lastly, my dad has Alzheimer's disease and frequently came outside during the day to watch the guys work -- they were always so polite and so kind -- my mom died a few weeks ago and my dad is both sad and utterly confused. My entire family extends our thanks and gratitude to everyone we worked with throughout this entire project. The Greenleaf team deserves way more than 5 stars.

From my first phone call to the office, I had a pleasant and positive experience with GreenLeaf Painters. I initially chose this company because they offer environmentally friendly paint options (no/low VOC’s) and because a percentage of each sale is donated to the Trenton Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. They also do work themselves with Habitat and that says a lot about the kind of people that they are. Frank, who provided the estimate and managed the project, was professional, courteous, and thoughtful. I had multiple calls with Ryan in their office and he was friendly and always so helpful. My living room and dining room walls look like brand new sheet rock. A remarkable transformation from poorly repaired areas after chair rail removal (my own doing), a cracked and crumbling section of the wall from some major settling, poorly fitted crown molding and the general wear and tear of family life. Cesar and Luis worked their magic, and the walls, ceiling and trim are just beautiful now. They also added simple but custom footings to a built-in shelving unit and it looks great. Cesar and Luis arrived right on time each morning, were very professional and cleaned up nicely when they left for the day and at the end of the job. I truly couldn’t be happier in all aspects of my experience with this wonderful company and the outcome of their work. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Greenleaf is one of the best painting companies we have found. Their attention to detail and meticulous nature yielded a "like new" result in our 35 year old home. Their team was on time (starting at 7:30 a.m.!) and worked a full day with a full team every day until the job was finished. We hired Greenleaf Painters to repair and repaint the ceilings throughout our house. The damage was extensive and the result of leaky skylights over an extended period of time. Greenleaf Painters are the best in their class Their preparation work is truly amazing including window repair, replacing rotting wood trim, repairing pest damage, replacing cracked siding, scraping peeling paint, filing in cracks, double priming bare wood, and removing storm windows and gutter downspouts. The work crew, including a carpenter, is a great team working on various aspects of the job in tandem. They pay great attention to detail, making sure the finished job is the highest quality possible. My Craftsman bungalow looks fantastic! The Greenleaf crew carefully cleaned and scraped every surface by hand. With some color matching assistance from Sean, the facade is now restored to its original gleaming palette. The scheduling process with Ryan was professional and I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire experience. Erick and his team were helpful, kind, respectful and meticulous. They invited me to perform several walkthroughs to make sure that every detail was perfect. Ryan indicated that the project could be scheduled within my timeline and confirmed all the specific details a week before the job started-exactly as promised. I recommend Greenleaf painters unreservedly. They arrived each morning on time, worked hard throughout the day and left with everything cleaned up and put away. The finished job is perfect and my house looks like new. I had no idea how much work was involved with restaining my house but I was very impressed with the way worn siding was replaced, the colors were matched and, at the end, everything was put back just as it had been.

We had Greenleaf Painters paint our kitchen, staircase, hallway and a bedroom. In our powder room there was a terrible wallpaper that we wanted down and just have painted. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the project manager, Frank, and the operations manager, Ryan. They both contacted me on a Saturday via phone & email to go over the estimate with me, questions and I had and set up the painting dates with me. Frank came the 1st day with his 3 employees (the painters) to go over what had to be done and then the 3 gentlemen were on their way spackling, painting etc. They were on time, professional, did a fantastic job and cleaned up my house just like they found it the day it started. Frank told us 2 days for the painting to be done---and 2 days it was. I could not be happier with how wonderful all the rooms look. And that powder room with the paint looks amazing. Greenleaf painted the entire interior of my new home (except ceilings and closets). From first contact for estimate to final clean-up upon leaving, they were professional, reliable, respectful, followed through on exactly what they said they would do, and did a wonderful job. They caulked, filled, patched, and repaired so the place looks new again. The detail in trim work is pristine. I have cathedral ceilings and they did it all with ladder, no scaffolding. I did the house in one color and they even waited patiently during the job for me to figure out one accent color. I thought the price very fair. Can't imagine anyone would be disappointed with their work or the people you'd work with.

Also we appreciated their expertise in recommending different finishes for various areas, especially the water-borne alkyd from Benjamin Moore that gives great results on wood trim without the toxic fumes. Greenleaf Painters is comprised of folks who take pride in their work and strive (and succeed) to do a great job. From the quoting to the finishing stage, they work well in communicating information such as payment schedules, work schedules, etc. They went above and beyond by moving the contents of a packed attic to enable a new floor install followed by painting. The painters treated the new floor carefully and willingly touched up a missed area. And the Greenleaf crew moved the stuff back, all with an upbeat attitude.

For the last five years or so we have relied on Greenleaf Painters for any painting that needs to be done in our office in Princeton, NJ. Working with them is always a pleasure. They are easy to schedule and always work their best to meet the deadlines they are given and accomodate any special concerns we have. The painters are always early or on time, courteous around our office during business hours, efficient and the work product is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenleaf to anyone in the area who needs painting done at their home or business.

The company insists that it offers professionally-finished work, but for my simple wall painting job, there were issues that should not have been there. Don't be fooled by the "we're painting professionals" pitch. a) Unfinished, jagged paint edges by the wood trim and tile (fixed and not fixed); b) Paint drips on the furniture legs, tile, carpet, rubber base cove, and hardwood floor (fixed); c) Small glops of paint on the laundry and stairwell walls (not fixed); d) Visible areas where old paint had not been covered (not fixed); e) Unsanded laundry wall areas (fixed); f) Hole in the wall by the laundry vanity. (fixed) g) Did not allow time for first coat of paint to dry, therefore running paint drips and old paint became visible. (not fixed) Greenleaf is expensive compared to its competitors and it did not deliver a smooth finish for a wall painting job. But it did provide adequate insurance coverage to match the condo association's requirements -- that is the only edge it had compared to other companies I screened.

Exterior trim painting. Excellent prep work and painting. Left premises neat and clean at the end of each day. Very nice crew. Very responsive. Kept precisely to schedule. Fair price for the project. Very happy with the work. Will definitely use Greenleaf Painters again!

Greenleaf Painters painted our antique Quaker Meetinghouse (1739) in Trenton NJ. The surface was in terrible condition - paint peels the size of your palm. We are delighted with the job Greenleaf's painters did. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and were helpful in sorting out the last minute details. We are thrilled with the result. Folks walk by exclaiming. We are going to have a block party to celebrate and invite all the guys who worked on the project. The price was very fair. Time and materials charges for unforeseen tasks were modest compared to the amount of work involved. We find these folks to be honorable painting professionals, dedicated to improving their community in their hiring practices and the work performed.

I hired Greenleaf Painters to redo 3 rooms in my house. They had to remove wallpaper from a dining room and foyer/stairway area. Then they repainted all three areas. I couldn't be happier with the results. They made sure all surfaces were thoroughly prepared before repainting and the end result looks beautiful. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of my presence in the home and worked quietly and efficiently and were able to complete the project within the time frame I had asked for. They cleaned up every night before leaving and were respectful of my personal items and took great care in making sure everything was safely covered.
