I have been working with Nick at Greenview for more than a year on a challenging project that requires multiple permits and therefore frequent interactions with the City. Nick is managing the entire process leading architect and engineers and has made the difference that keeps us moving forward. I highly recommend Nick and Greenview for their knowledge and professional expertise.

Nick and his crew are the absolute best contractors I've ever worked with (and I've worked with MANY over the last 15 years). The pictures speak for themselves- top notch quality through and through. Nick is a great partner, taking feedback on everything we wanted done, but also extremely helpful in offering up great recommendations and a second set of eyes when we were unsure of a decision. I genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Working during the restrictions of a pandemic, these guys didn't miss a beat, always showing up right on time and getting the work done thoroughly and thoughtfully, but at a fantastic pace. Communication was always excellent and they were completely reliable throughout the process of transforming our house. I honestly could go on and on about what a great experience this was. Nick had done couple other ground up projects for me to over the past. Their trust, workmanship and commitment let the to ultimately do my personal residence!

I hired Greenview to paint the exterior of the house and to build a pergola for the backyard. Typically, we ended up adding more items like replacing the front door and enhancing the front entrance and the backyard in general. Nick, the owner managed the project himself and the teams working on these different sub-projects (painters, pavers, framers, etc.) Things turned out fantastic. He made sure the work was done seamlessly and of the highest quality. I highly recommend Greenview Inc. for your next big or small construction or remodeling project.

I recently hired Greenview, Inc. for a number of break-fixes job at my house. I am satisfied with the work they did - craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism. They were punctual and followed up on time. Nick, their president is responsive and found experts in various areas such as electrical, flooring, plumbing, fence, etc. I would hire them again.

This was the only company that truly listened to our family wishes and implemented them in reality in the best way! Nick was so helpful in creating new layout design of our existing home! He was very detail oriented and made the most use of all our space! Nick explained and showed to me and my husband all possible options for our remodeling. Guys also helped us transform the sunroom that we were not using to a beautiful addition to the house! The job was finished in time and passed excellent inspections with city inspectors! Nicolas from Greenview created the most enchanting room for our elementary age daughter while we were away for the summer. We gave him our dreams for turning a portion of the attic into a loft retreat for our 8 year old and were amazed by the alluring magic he fashioned in the space when we returned. The statuesque ladder he crafted leads from her cozy bedroom into a sweet oasis of pink and purple where she can escape from her siblings and play in perfect solitude. Complete with hardwood floors and a cute girl-sized door, the room is place of joy and beauty. He was completely professional and organized, asking us questions when necessary but figuring out many of the puzzles that a renovation presents on his own with complete competency. His workers were responsible and trustworthy, and he even stayed on budget and on time. Needless to say, we were beyond delighted with the outcome.

Greenview, Inc. are outstanding in their work. Very professional and respectful to time and budget. The Project Manager/owner always has great ideas to save you money and yet give value results. They are prompt thoughtful of the costumers need and comfort. It is refreshing to see that there still are general contractors who respect the client’s time and make things work within the budget. Very enjoyable experience and the results are outstanding. I would hire Greenview, Inc. again and again! The first time I hired them was before I sold my old house. They transformed it from an old looking house to a very attractive beautiful living place. They resurfaced the cabinets, polished the hardwood floors, did an amazing job on repainting the whole interior and exterior. To the point I was doubting whether I should sell or stay since my old house was looking so beautiful. Second time, I hired Greenview at my new house, it was a new development where the landscaping was still in its natural state. They helped me design a fantastic backyard where part of it was greenary; grass and trees, and the other part they laid down this beautiful flag stone. They took care of all the drainage and drip system, even the cleaning they did after they were done was phenomenal. Amazing company!

Greenview did enhancement and remodeling to my household, they were professional, prompt, and delivered right on time everything. Greenview Inc was hired to remodel my kitchen and the guest bathroom. They were very professional, very accurate. Their advises were very helpful to make the right choices and decisions.
