I would definitely recommend Green Works construction. They were able to deliver on my vision of a simple but elegant laundry nook. Joe designed the cabinet layout, and I created the design scheme of baby blue with pearl elements. Joe and team were highly communicative and delivered on making a small area into a fully functional and beautiful space. I plan on working with them again.

My project manager Itay was so responsible, kind and reailable during my house renovation. I can not recommend him enough for your home projects and of course i myself, will come back to him for my fututre renovation! He and i still remain as friends and stay in touch. THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO HIRE. In 2021, we hired a company to design and build an outdoor kitchen, which included the remodeling of a carport and construction of a concrete area for a fire pit. It required two gas lines, water, electrical, tile work, wall veneer, and the installation of a grill, a fridge, and an icemaker. They did the initial designs and everything that followed was a disaster – they were slow, and sometimes altogether unresponsive. We broke ties with them in 2022 and found Greenworks. The difference was night and day. We called Greenworks on a Thursday, and they came to our home that Saturday. Tal was amazing. He clearly knew what he was doing and had lots of ideas that improved upon our initial designs. He created a text chain that included my husband and me, and asked us to text him anytime with questions. (And when we did, he responded right away.) Within days we had an estimate, which was very reasonable. We hired them and they started a week later. Our onsite project manager was Enrique, who is a total pro. Here’s the thing to know – this company moves fast! All of the delays you hear about with construction and contractors in Los Angeles does not apply to Greenworks. Their team showed up every business day like clockwork, and each day we saw significant progress. When we made a few additional requests that were not part of the original plan, they were very flexible and did not charge us more. And they have some real talent – the guy who created our custom granite BBQ countertop is an artist, and the work is beautiful. Bottom line, we are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to hire them again.

These folks are, in a word, outstanding. We recently made some updates at outdated home and everyone there are super helpful and professional, and very willing and able to help us stay on track and on budget--and were able to help us work around a last-minute hiccup that none of us expected. They can easily do a whole space, or whatever parts you need. The quality and look of what we now have is amazing and, thank you for the amazing transformation of our kitchen.

We worked with Greenworks Construction during 2021 to remodel our home. We were very pleased with the experience and the professionalism of Itay as well as all his employees. Going into a remodel, my concerns were chiefly around: -going over budget -unexpected costs and bills -finding something hugely wrong with my house that would cost a lot of money -having a flakey contractor -workers not showing up to work -being swindled somehow Fortunately, our experience with Greenworks was great. There were snags here and there but because they were handled with professionalism and courtesy, we could work through them. There was a written contract up front. No additional fees were added or surprised upon us. Anything additional that we added we did through a change order or another contract. Itay was always up front about the costs and he actually helped us to save money whenever possible. We didn’t find anything big wrong with our house beyond what was expected. That being said, he did suggest that we upgrade the sewer pipes while we were ripping everything out. We didn’t have any leaks or problems. But, because he was honest about things and told us pros and cons and costs, we trusted him enough to go ahead with that item also. Now we have piece of mind instead of pipes from 1940! Itay was great at communicating daily and telling us when workers were coming and when they were not. We never felt like we were put on hold. There was always progress going on. Even when there were delays due to the shipping problems going on worldwide, Itay pointed us in the direction of items we could get quicker and advised what the timings might be. Another thing I appreciated was that he told us ahead of time what his overhead and profit were. This let us evaluate what was reasonable. If I had to do it over again, the only change that I would make is that I would work with a designer to help me decide colors and tiles and so on. We did it ourselves, and Itay helped a lot. He has a lot of experience in what will look good, and what is going into new homes and high end homes. But it would have been nice to have someone sit and shows us all the options. In summary, we are so happy to have worked with Greenworks and Itay and we will be working with them again on other projects.

Greenworks Construction & Design Inc were able to beautifully remodel a bathroom in my Victorian home that had not been updated (except for minor cosmetic repairs) since it was originally built. They were able to reserect it from a non functional state very quickly and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. Their attention to detail and experience allowed them to return the bathroom into a fully functional and delightful part of my house despite all of the quirks hidden within an old home's surface. I am thrilled with the results and am happily working with them on additional renovations.
