We hired Tavis and the team at Griffith Homes to do an extensive renovation of our 1980's beach front home in Comox, BC. The completed project was essentially a new home with a modern layout for both indoor and outdoor living and entertaining family and friends. During construction we were only able to visit the project every two months. As with all major renovation projects there are always surprises and issues that come along, therefore it was critical to have a trustworthy, cost conscious, experienced contractor that focuses on quality work and communication. The entire Griffith team is conscientious and focused on meeting all of these objectives to create an exceptional home and ensure we were happy with the result. It has been a pleasure to work with Tavis and his group and we highly recommend Griffith Homes.

We hired Griffith Homes to renovate our unfinished basement and master bathroom. Tavis and his team were great. They were fantastic with communication and reliable for both timeline and budget. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and would definitely recommend Griffith Homes.

We completely gutted our new home in Comox and had it re-done from top to bottom. This renovation included a very large kitchen and family-room with a fireplace, all done in solid maple, quartz counter-tops and large 22x22 tiles throughout. We also re-did all bathrooms (3), added hardwood floors through most rooms in the house (including very large master-bedroom), had all new appliances installed, 2 new staircase, new walk-in closet and had the entire inside of the house painted, including ceilings, doors and window-casings.
