Audio Services, Inc.

Have used Audio Services, Inc. for many years and they have completely outfitted 3 homes with TV/AUDIO equipment. It is rare that I have to call them back for things, but when I do, they either help me fix the problem easily over the phone or come back to the house to look at the problem in a timely manner. I have recommended them many times in the past and will happily continue to do so.

I own a Building Company in Massachusetts, whether it comes to multi-room audio, home theater or home Wi-Fi networking I have used Audio Services for over 7 years and will only use Audio Services. The old saying, you get what you pay for. You can buy components for maybe less, but when it comes down to it, is it less? Say a problem occurs with one of the components, and if provided "by others" then great, you get a new unit, maybe, but who goes and diagnosis the problem, and who installs the new component? Well that would be Audio Services and if they provided the component, then they are responsible, fully, for the component, including the diagnosis and the installation of the replacement unit. My advice is "don't be penny wise and pound foolish". Additionally, Audio Services keeps all of their crew up to date with the latest in technology, by attending seminars and factory training programs. They are the best, they make my clients happy which makes this builder, of over 31 years and 400 houses, happy!
