Grow Landscapes

Grow Landscapes built a pool, pavilion, patio, and several stone walls. The project was a major undertaking and took about 7 months. Grow did a great job. They came every day weather permitting, stayed all day, were meticulous about following the plan, and kept us informed. We are quite happy with the outcome and would hire them again.

I was looking for someone that can do Landscaping, Paving Driveway, all-season Screen In, Patio with built-in Grill. I talked to a few contractors and they only had expertise on a couple of the tasks. When I talked to Paulo from Grow Landscapes, I was confident that he could do it all. He was very thorough from design to finish. We were extremely pleased with the quality, professionalism, and flexibility they provided. They performed numerous new jobs, repairs and remolding tasks for us with excellent results. Everything was done 'right' the first time with a professional finish. The staff were always prompt, courteous, flexible, and gave us the best options for our budget. We would highly recommend this company for any construction and/or property needs.

Paulo Trinidad and his team designed and installed our beautiful patio and landscaping this summer. His project-lead David Breen was very thorough in providing updates and ensuring quality of each facet of the project.

Paulo and his team provided us exceptional work from drawing up the plans to the finished product. The attention to detail was phenomenal throughout by the whole team. Any questions were immediately resolved or explained ,and the final project is just what we were looking for ;a beautiful addition to our outdoor space!

We met Paulo at a home & remodeling show. We needed a deck and screened porch built onto a new construction home. We contacted Paulo once the house was underway and he was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed him to do for us. He provided excellent drawings that gave us insight to how the finished product would look. We decided to hire Grow Landscapes for the job and they began the process of getting HOA permissions and the permits required for the work. As soon as that process was complete, work began, even though it was between Thanksgiving and Christmas! The estimated 6 week job took around 3 months in total, but considering it was winter and the weather is unpredictable, I was pleased with the timing. Also, Paulo insists that his team do the job the right way, and you can't rush that! He also made sure they had what they needed, such as a porta-potty and dumpster for trash. They kept the worksite very clean and I never had an issue with any of the crew. They worked very hard, every day of the week (except usually Sunday). They showed up early and stayed until it was dark on work days. The only delays were weather or materials related. As with most contractors, communications were not always quick, but it was a better experience than I've had in the past. I also know Grow Landscapes has been working on improving overall communication and "back office" work, and it showed over the time that I have worked with them. Anytime I had questions or issues, all I had to do was contact Paulo or Jeanette and they would respond to straighten it out. He and his crew were very concerned that we were satisfied with the final product. I had a slight issue with the way the ceiling matched up with the siding on the wall, and I requested additional trim. Paulo and his carpenter were happy to find a solution and make sure I was satisfied with the result. We had a lot of moving pieces in this build, to include electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and they all fit together like a glove. Overall, I couldn't have asked for any more from a contractor, and I look forward to working with Grow Landscapes again when it's time to add some hardscape and plants!

Paulo Trindade - Is a landscape professional that has exceptional design ideas and he incorporates a high level of detail into his landscape customer service delivery. His knowledge and experience regarding landscaping was absolutely impeccable and his landscape workers level of skill regarding the work exceeded our expectations. Without question, we certainly would recommend Grow Landscapes for any serious landscape project that values quality details over quick and fast planting! We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and walking strangers regarding the most recent landscape work by Grow Landscapes, Inc. Job well done and highly recommended!!

We contacted Grow Landscapes after going to a home and garden show in Sterling. The president, Paulo, came out for a consultation. After a wonderful talk, we were excited to get started. Paulo said he would send us the estimate and we'd go from there. A couple weeks passed and we didn't receive the proposal. I emailed the company and was told by the office manager that Paulo would complete it and send it that weekend. The weekend came and went and we didn't hear anything. We called back numerous times and left messages. Ultimately, we never received an estimate or an explanation.

The crew came out and did a great job pulling out and replanting the foundation planting at my home. The pulled out 7 old azaleas and 3 newer ones, The 3 they replanted in another area for me. The new planting was done quickly and all the material appears to be doing great. The Paperbark Maple is of excellent quality and well shaped. The crew was courteous and polite. The nandinas and hydrangeas used in the new planting were of excellent quality and size. This was not contractor grade material, true nursery stock quality.
