We have worked with Guttilla Contracting many times over the past 10 years. The projects have ranged from interior painting, the design, construction and installation of custom cabinetry to large property additions. The workmanship has always been first class as has been the customer service.

Guttilla Contracting has done 2 complete house renovations for our family. One 7 years ago and one last year. My family was extremely delighted with the outstanding outcome of both projects. Mike Guttilla cares about his clients and makes sure that the quality of work is superior. He takes pride in his workmanship. He company is professionally managed.

I hired Mike (Guttilla Contracting) for a custom basement project. Our house, a 100+ year old stone farm house, presented some unique challenges, but Mike and his team did an excellent job. The project included approximately 2000 s.f. of finished space, including bedrooms, a TV/media room, gym and wine cellar. I recommend Mike highly and will use him again in the future.

I was introduced to Mike Guttilla and his team when I was in the process of buying a co-op in Bronxville. The first best decision I made was to move to Bronxville, the next best decision was to have Guttilla Contracting prepare and renovate the apartment. Mike worked with the architect and me to put together a great design and redo of the apartment. The completely re-made custom kitchen, the transformation of the second bedroom into a library/den, and the totally new bathroom really are some of the finest work I have seen around. Also he supervised the electrical up-grade and oversaw the re-wiring of the entire apartment, including installation of the audio system and central air. They started on time and ended on time and handled all of the back and forth communication with the Village and the Managing Agent as far as securing permits, c. of o., etc. Throughout the entire renovation, I was living in the city and meeting with Mike every 7 or 10 days for a progress walk through. He and his team made what could have been a very difficult renovation and move seamless. AND, in the intervening 6 years since the did this work, Guttilla Contracting has continued to be available for seasonal touch-ups or cosmetic adjustments as they have occurred. There are three words that come to mind that define my relationship with this group of top-notch workers: QUALITY, TRUST, & RELIABILITY, coupled with the experience necessary to do an excellent job that enhances the beauty and value of one's home.

Mike Guttilla is very knowledgeable, the work his workers did was of the highest quality and we found them to be reliable and flexible.
