I was kind of surprised on the fence with H2 Oasis when I went in to the business and asked for some help and clarity. The guy working was completely friendly and began talking down some info - stuff I thought I already gave the last person, he apologized and we looked at multiple displays and he began accessing my vision for what I wanted my fireplace frame and doors to look like- I also wanted something custom and after some phone calls to the manufacturer, it was decided that I could Totally get everything I wanted!!! I will never use anyone else but RYAN and you shouldn’t either- I promise you will be more than happy with your purchase and confident that he has evaluated all angles to make it happen Thanks Ryan! You Rock in my book ❤️

Scott did a fabulous job of presenting the various gas log sets available through your company. He installed a Real Fyre unit one week ago and made sure we are happy with all aspects of the product. We have enjoyed our fireplace every night this week and could not ask for any better product or service. Scott did the work in a very professional manner and did all the work on the day he scheduled with us. Thank You H2Oasis! We are 100 percent likely to recommend Scott and H2Oasis to others.

H2Oasis went above and beyond to help us with a pellet stove purchase and install. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable, communication was prompt, and the stove looks and performs great! We were impressed that they didn't try to sell their "fanciest", priciest stove; but encouraged us to consider the most practical one for us first. They always had time for us and fit in our install even during the busy season. They also arranged for pellet delivery to our house - even though we live a long distance away and it was something that they were not expected to do. Thank you H2Oasis for personally caring for your customers!

H2Oasis gave my brother-in-law a GENEROUS discount on a pellet stove after learning he was very ill. He can now have a warm home to assist in his recovery and save on his heating expenses for the winter while he is out of work. Such a blessing to have this awesome company in our community.
