There was a problem with the mailing. The package disappeared. I e-mailed Hagop and explained to him. He immediately sent me another shipment. I am so happy with these beautiful tiles. They just perfect.

I love the tiles from Jerusalem Pottery, and have them all over my house, as part of the backsplash in our kitchen, over the sink, and hanging on the walls in our living room and dining room. The designs are beautiful, the colors are true, and never bleed, and people think they are magnificent. Everything was packed well, and I thought the price was reasonable. The only thing I could further desire would be different sized tiles for sale, and perhaps some in bright red or other, vibrant colors. I'm planning to go to Israel this fall, and will reverently visit this shop. Jerusalem Pottery are the masters of Middle Eastern tiles in Jerusalem.

After many years of purchasing and using Jerusalem kitchenware and serving pieces, Hagop and I designed a backslash for my kitchen that can only be described as breathtaking. I look at it every day and smile. It is a personal artwork that is the highlight of my home. I will never move because I would never want to leave my backsplash behind! Hagop is a complete professional at what he does. He is a pleasure to work with!
