Hampton's Kitchens & Appliances

We have had kitchens in 2 houses designed & installed by Hampton's. Very pleased with the quality & service. Friends and family have done business with them because they liked what they saw with our kitchens.

We used Hamptons for a huge remodel. We bought cabinets and counters for our kitchen, basement bar, laundry room and powder room. They were HORRIBLE to work with. The designer made several mistakes in measuring our space and placement of drawers, cabinets and appliances. They made no effort to fix it. We learned after the fact that the owner has a terrible reputation in the community. If you want to work with a company that takes pride in their product, quality and relationship with customers, do not work with Hamptons.

Bought almost $35000 in appliances, cabinets, and countertops at the Champaign store. Countertops finished with a rounded Edge. We asked for a square Edge. They told us they could provide a square Edge and lied to us and gave us the rounded Edge. When we had them come out and look at it all they did was bring their samples and said that that was the edge we chose. Then they came out again with the samples again and told us that that was the edge that we chose. In other words they called us Liars right to our face twice. After it was all said and done we agreed to just keep the counter tops. The first thing we are going to do is replace them. What horrible customer service. I would advise anyone to shop any place else but Hamptons. You'd be better off to deal with somebody who is at least honest and tried to work with you. Call the manager at the Champaign store and he would not even return my phone call. When they finally left my house the second time they told me they were sorry as if they were leaving a funeral. What a pathetic excuse for a company horrible customer service horrible experience can't wait to see them go out of business. In writing this review, I'm guessing they're still not going to call me. We shopped for new countertops in our kitchen. I worked with Lindsay at Hamptons in Champaign. She did an excellent job for us. She listened to our preferences and kept trying to find the right color and style. She made several trips to the house to help us make our final selection. Once that was done, she helped with other items to finish the work. She gave us the name of a carpenter for some repair work, she helped me choose new door handles, and even helped with selecting new light fixtures. All in all, I would definitely go back to Hamptons, and work with Lindsay, if (and when) I have additional projects that require new countertops.

Pete at Hampton's was great to work with. He had lots of creative ideas and suggestions. He created a kitchen to fit our taste and our budget as well. I highly recommend Hampton's!

The Peoria store had the appliances I wanted and drove more than an hour away to see and purchase said appliances. I needed an oven I could slide into a wall opening, I was informed the oven would fit in my kitchen. After contractor put it in the wall we noticed that it did need a finished surface for it to look clean and complete. Disappointed!

Tyler was a joy to work with had very good ideas was very courteous and helpful was able to understand our needs and turn them into a finished project which we are very happy with

In shopping around for cabinets and countertops, I checked out Hamptons in Champaign. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient and answered all my questions, but gave me space when I just wanted to look around. They genuinely care about you being happy with the final outcome. I highly recommend them.

Stopped in to check out kitchen cabinetry, quartz countertops, and different layouts. They checked in with us as we entered, checked on us again and it wasn't overdone. It was a pleasant experience and we will be returning when it's time to remodel our kitchen.
