In 2019 we contacted Happy Healthy Home to do a design / build renovation of our home. It needed a complete new roof stucture and we wanted a 10 ft. x 57 ft. addition to the ground floor. The team (Yaniv, Cree, and Norm ) came up with a plan that also gave us more room on the second floor. They worked with an engineer to finalize the plan and get it aproved. They began work in Aug. 2019 and completed it March 2020. Like all remodels there were unforseen things that had to be worked out as they got to them. Yaniv and crew with the help of the engineer found ways to work with issues and build us a house we will enjoy for years.
