Harbour Hardwood Floors

I'm so glad I found Harbour Hardwood. Their price was fair and the work is absolutely top of the mark. They repaired my floor after water damage and you can't tell where the old ends and new begins. Everyone I've encountered there has been very knowledgeable, polite, and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. These people seem to truly love what they do, and it shows in their work. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Let's start with the selection process. I called 3 companies. These guys impressed me with their speedy return phone call, their follow ups and with having someone come to the house that day to give me an estimate. I was flexible with my dates since I live here so they worked with me and had great communication. I had to cancel one time and they had a sooner date another and the scheduling went smoothly thanks to such great contact. When they showed up to sand the floors, they were nice and friendly. The boys who did the work were polite and professional. We had to do a few last minute things and they were willing to work around us and were very patient. The next day when they came to finish sanding they went right to work and again were patient as we were running late. They were easy going and were able to stay focused. Now to the finished product. We didn't not expect such a phenomenal outcome. It was smooth and perfect. Little scrapes and marks were completely erased. The finish was beautiful and I felt as if we had put in brand new floors instead of just a refinish job. You should feel confident in hiring Harbour Hardwood Floors for their professionalism, their quality and they will give you an honest estimate (they were spot on by the way). Quite simply the best experience.
