Chris did a great job for us with a very challenging kitchen reno. He corrected an uneven floor and adapted to the odd angles of an old house. His work was done well, efficiently and he kept to his estimate. We would be happy to recommend Hardy Renovations.

Amazing work. These guys are true experts. I was reffered to Hardy renovations from a friend that had recently had some work done from them. Chris Hardy and his team completed a 2000 sf renovation of our early '80's Bungalow. The transformation is truly amazing. A tired property is now fully refreshed and current. The project included removing walls to create an open flow letting in natural light,. All flooring, trim, cabinetry, and fixtures were replaced with new materials. We have built many homes before and have had a lot of exposure to builders and contractors. Chris' ability to work with us through this challenging project was far superior to anyone we have worked with previously. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had excellent problem solving skills. Over the span of our four month project, there was never a day when the crew was not on sight arriving on time each day. Chris' creativity, focus, patience and sense of humor combined to make him the "reno-whisperer". We hope to work with Chris again on future projects.

I couldn't be happier with how our living room renovations went. Chris had so many great suggestions and I know it wouldn't have turned out as nice without his input and all the hard work Chris and his guys did! Chris and his team do fantastic work and are great to work with. Our relationship started in 2015 with the team completing our master bathroom. We were very happy with the end result, and his unique touch to style (i.e. door/window trim). We have brought Chris back in to complete the kids bathroom. Chris has an eye for quality and and always manages to come up with ideas to make things work. Being a picky person, I am happy to say that it was easy to let Chris "do his thing" and we are happy with the results in both bathrooms. I highly recommend Chris and team for your next project. For first timers I cannot say enough about Chris and his team. First Class, just a great experience! Chris spent a lot of time with us before project, to ensure we were educated as well on the type of project we were embarking upon, and the typical challenges and time frames. Chris has a wealth of experience and helped us turn a series of clippings, sketches, wishes and hand drawing into our home. It is a complete transformation from the house we purchased. The team have a wonderful knack and ability to understand and translate items we struggled to articulate. At the end of the day, the project was delivered early and on budget... and most of all exceed our hopes and dreams. Thank you Chris!

Chris Hardy and his team did a major renovation on my 60 year old house. It's basically brand new inside, with a gorgeous cedar deck on the back. He had a great crew, but was mindful to only have on who he needed on any day, and coordinated with the trades that came in for electrical, etc. His knowledge and suggestions contributed greatly to the success of the project. I started out with just an idea, and Chris took it from there.

We used Chris Hardy Enterprises to renovate and remodel our main bathroom. This is the second project that Chris has completed for our house. We love the result and are completely happy with the renovation. We found his attention to detail and dedication to getting it right are just two of the reasons we approached him for the second job. He has great design skills and was extremely helpful in guiding us in our material choices and color palette. We find that his pricing is reasonable and the work was completed on time. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and are planning other projects in our house with him.

We have all heard nightmare stories when it comes to hiring a contractor... This isn't one of them. We received the referral for Chris Hardy from Cranberry Hill Kitchens. Shortly afterwards, Chris came over to our home for an initial meeting regarding the scope of our project. We were impressed! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and very accomplished. We concluded that meeting feeling that we were in capable hands. Our project was quite extensive and not without its hiccups - when you take any space down to the studs, you commonly find something that needs fixing. This project was no exception. Chris handled everything competently and adeptly. The project cost noted for this review reflects the work done by Chris Hardy, not the custom cabinetry completed by Cranberry Hill Kitchens. We went into this reno project with an incredibly tight - and some would say 'unreasonable' timeline. Chris completed his end of the project within the timeline and without affecting the quality. He worked very well with Cranberry Hill Kitchens. He truly has a passion for what he does and takes great care into making everything Chris Hardy "perfect". We had his crew in our home for approximately 8 weeks. For a small crew, they worked quickly and efficiently. All members were friendly and approachable - a must in your home, especially when your home becomes a construction site! After each day, the space was cleaned and everything was neatly put away - no mess. We have found a gem in Chris Hardy and have already planned other projects with him. There is no need to ever look for another contractor. He is personable, reliable and professional.... and always willing to offer his opinion! We have given Chris 5 stars. As business professionals, we both know many people who refuse outright to give some a 5 out of 5 - just out of principle. But, when someone deserves it, they deserve it. We have one piece of advice for him: Chris!! Please teach, the new generation needs your knowledge and passion for what you do! (Just don't stop working!!!!)
