Almost two years ago, we decided it was time to remodel our kitchen and immediately reached out to Angelo at Hart & Sapp. A few months later, we toured our space with Angelo and Lisette, who immediately began offering cool ideas that would totally transform our kitchen, including moving appliances and the sink to more functional spots, widening the passage into the dining room, and incorporating pantry space into the footprint of the kitchen. The result was a stunning and expanded kitchen that is simply perfect. We love to entertain, and the design Lisette and Angelo developed provides us with cooking and entertaining zones. The renovated kitchen provides ample, easy-to-reach storage, and a breathtaking design that, as Lisette described, “brings a slice of Manhattan to Collingswood.” We are incredibly grateful to Angelo and Lisette for all that they did in making our dream kitchen a reality.

Our experience with Hart & Sapp was nothing short of incredible. They truly treat you like family. They provided great guidance on beautiful options within our price range and gave examples of how to elevate our look while not having to go fully custom. Lisette totally envisioned a whole new space which incorporated our dining room and worked with our architect to take that vision and ensure it was incorporated into final drawings. They were onsite when cabinetry arrived to ensure a smooth build. And they were constantly working behind the scenes with our contractor to make sure everything was perfect. Taking on that level of detail ensured we were not stressed about the process. We are absolutely in love with our new space. Thank you Hart & Sapp!

We absolutely love our new kitchen-especially the stunning walnut cabinets and sleek quartz countertops, which give the space a warm yet modern feel! Angelo and Lisette did an incredible job bringing our ideas to life; we honestly didn’t think it was possible to achieve such a layout. While there are several things on the surface that seem appealing about working with Hart & Sapp, the reality is that the owner misses the boat on how to truly manage a working relationship. We completed a sizeable project and had complaints with two components of the job. His condescending response in each instance was meant to imply that we were making up the issues. Who spends tens of thousands of dollars on a project and then goes out of their way to make something up about an item, especially one that only costs hundreds of dollars? For example, we waited months for a decorative cabinet component. When the item was finally received, the quality was so poor that we wanted a refund for the item. We were told we had received photos and had not raised any concern prior. I raised the concern for the first time once the item was actually received. There were several other issues surrounding their lack of communication on certain items, and omissions and errors in plans and selections. We understand no project like this is perfect, and we worked through those things even though some of the issues resulted in increased costs. However, the attitude that comes across from the owner is the reason we would not recommend or work with this company again. I came in the middle of a client’s remodel to help project manage/get things back on track. The project is based in Salt Lake City, UT, so I was working with suppliers from across the country, Hart & Sapp included. Out of everyone I worked with, Angelo, by a WIDE margin, was the best. It’s always nerve-racking spending a significant sum with a company you don’t know, but Angelo quickly cemented that we had made the right choice. He was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and delivered a *masterful* level of customer service. The cabinets themselves are stunning, and my client is thrilled with how they turned out. It was such a pleasure to work with Angelo at Hart & Sapp. He was more than patient with me as I skipped from one idea to another, and then when I settled on my final decision, he was able to quickly execute the design for my review. And, then tweaked it again with a willingness to satisfy the customer's wants. Because I was creating a butler's pantry, the quick ship cabinets were perfect for my budget.
