Worst business experience I've had in a long time. Defective product, second time with them I had the exact same problem, delamination. Only finished months after promised. Extremely expensive, poor quality and poor communication. Incompetent employees across multiple departments, who failed to inspect, multiple times, and detect multiple quality defects. General manager of the entire company, rick, shockingly operates from a place of reactiveness versus proactiveness, not addressing the problem and seemingly made it worse throughout the entire process as problems and delays compounded. Salesperson Beth, took zero and didn't communicate. Cannot say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees, and shockingly after all of that, they've offered absolutely zero compensation / adjustment to the cost of the project!

We had our master closet was designed by Shari. The installation was thorough and done on the day scheduled. We have lots more storage. We love it.

Had a master closet designed by Chris R. of Inspired Closets. Design was great. Installation was very satisfactory - fast, neat and very professional. Everyone at IC was very courteous, professional and pleasant. Recommend them highly and will be having them again soon.

Though we have yet to complete a project with this professional, simply working together has been a breeze. They have been very communicative and highly professional. Thank you for your quick responses and great prices!

I recently had my garage floor refinished by Inspired Closets. From my very first contact with this company, they were professional, courteous and honest. The process, schedule, pricing and warranty were all fully explained up front. Each individual I worked with from showroom, to sales, to project completion was professional, and they were all enjoyable to work with! We’ve had Inspired Closets out to our home on four separate occasions to add storage, entertainment centers and bookshelves. Each time, they’ve been easy to work, very professional, and priced fairly.

Had a master closet designed and installed in my master bath and closet. We had three quotes and designs. Courtenay had the most efficient use of our spaces. Went to the showroom to look at samples of their built in drawers. Went with them. The installation process went great had new closets in about 3 hours. Will definitely use them again

They did a great job installing our custom closet in our master bedroom closet our installers Marial and his assistant did a terrific job on the install and Rick are sales person did a great job on designing our closet to fit our budget
